I don't really post reviews but my mom and I come here after I get off of work on weekend mornings alot. There's one right... across from my work but we stop here on our way home instead because, our food is ALWAYS correct, and fast this is the onlyplace where I don't check my order before leaving. Samuel is always kind,smiling, patient and happy to help. I'm in the serviceindustry myself and have no idea how he does it, much less so early. Understaffed, these recent years, but have not met an employee yet who is not positive and kind regarding the completed order or... top notch friendly to customer! Carl's Jr food, on all levels, is always delicious and hot and cold when needed. Often they haveto go an extra mile to bring the food out to you directly related to short staffing issues. Went through the drive-thru, gave my order and stated that I had a coupon code, got to the window handed the person my coupon... before getting my total, she didn't listen to the order, didn't read the coupon, and charged me for the wrong sandwich and useda completely different coupon code. Not only is it ridiculous to pay $10 for a meal, but not listening to the customer and notreading their coupon and double checking the order for accuracy is just plain lazy and unprofessional. 5/5 Stars! Tayler was amazing! She was so helpful, kind, and patient with my large family/kids order. She helped us join My... Rewards so I could get a better deal on my kids meals and ice cream for everyone. The outdoor seating was clean and we enjoyedeating outside. Dining area was open but it was a beautiful day. We've always had such a great experience here. The staff is nice, the food is great and the price matches the quality. It's kind... of pricey, but worth it. I always recommend good fast food since many can suck, but like I said, this location is amazing! Docheck it out if you can! Read more

This is probably the most underrated fast food restaurant in Loveland. Yes, the building and dining room could use updating,... but the staff is some of the friendliest and efficient I?ve seen in retail! Kudos to the management and staff!! Read more
