I love that The food is always fresh and tasty. Delicious! I love the variety and selection. So many options! I appreciate that... they have gluten free options and vegetarian options. The staff have always been courteous and friendly. Very polite. Therestaurant is always clean and tidy. The restroom is always clean and tidy. I appreciate the hard work you all do, thank you! Consistently out of options. Last time it was pico and lettuce. By the time I got half way through after waiting in a long line... I was informed of this. I would suggest a sign as to inform patrons so they can make informed decisions (I know, a foreignconcept). Or give a discount since what we ?think? we are paying for- we are not actually getting. Poor customer service in thatregard. I realize everything is different post Covid, the service industry has gone down hill. Also, it?s always dirty asthey?re serving, rice/other food just all over the place. Most of the time the meat looks inedible like it?s been sitting outfor hours. So gross! Very little portions and extremely expensive. They don't even offer discount to military or first responders. When I asked the... lady was rude about it. I will never return to this one. Especially with 8$ for a small side of guacamole. I spent 40 bucks on amini burrito and a half empty bowl after having to ask for extra meat and still getting a scoop large enough to feed a bird. I love Chipotle but this one gives you the smallest portions I've ever had at. And they try to get you with the sides being... bigger and shorting you on the rice, beans, and meat. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Read more
We used to love Chipotle it always tasted great and was good quality, unfortunately the last 3 times we've gone I feel the... quality has dropped. Also we came in at a normal time 6pm-ish and while ordering (fajita veggies) they said they could not serveus because they only had enough for online orders.....excuse me. So should I place an online order instead so I could have myfajita veggies...? That's silly and why can't you make more to continue serving customers when it's the middle of the dinnerrush and far from closing time. So very frustrated with and not in love with Chipotle anymore; for bad customer service and dropin quality. Read more
I stopped ordering here months ago because I would order through the app get double chicken pick it up get home and either it... would have no chicken or almost no chicken and the bowl would barely be half full. In desperation I ordered again today and theyput a massive amount of beans in it when the order specifically called for no beans. I swear they just make what ever they feellike with the online orders. Next time I?ll just make the 20 minute drive to the one on Harmony in Fort Collins. They have yetto screw up my order and are fantastic where I?m pretty sure I haven?t had a single order right at this location. Read more
This particular location is a bit inconsistent with portion sizes. When you order ahead through the app you get noticeably less... than if you go through the line to order. The app has a lot of error messages and doesn?t work very well. There?s no way toleave a tip when you pay with debit/credit. I don?t often carry cash. Your hardworking employees deserves a tip regardless ofhow you pay, please fix this! Read more
