Great place to get mildly cold milk from.. I'll continue to support Dairy Queen. This place is a joke.
Maybe invest in a better freezer? Not sure how many times the pre packaged quarts were re-frozen but I've never paid so much for... freezer-burned ice cream. The "cheesecake" ice cream was literally vanilla ice cream, pre-made grahmcracker crust and frozenfruit you can probably make 2 gallons at home for what I paid for a pint. Read more
Ordered delivery off their website, website told me that my card and my moms card were declined, i look on my card and have been... charged for the order. Called and was told money couldnt be returned but if we drove down there they would make our order, thepromise was delivered on and was given 2 ice cream sandwhiches as compensation. Sadly the milkshakes in the end were horriblethere was to much milk added so they ended up being just flavoured milk rather then being milkshakes. Read more
Terrible. Every time I?m delivering for grubhub, they are lazy. I always have to fix things so they don?t spill. Just ordered... my own delivery order and again, lazy. They sent us a small shake when we ordered the larger one, sent us a waffle cone insteadof a waffle cup and didn?t read the cookie sandwich flavors we wanted. You cannot only hire lazy teenage girls and expect yourcustomers to get their orders right. Never ordering again. Read more
Delicious unhealthy treats, way worth the extra lbs when you got a craving. They also have smoothies which are really good and... way less calories than the ice cream. You can mix match the smoothie flavors to your liking, it's not just the combos they list.The club is a good deal to sign up for and it's free to join. I got a bogo treat for use within 2 months. Very good ice cream! Like grandma's homemade from when I was a kid. Employees really try to make it a great visit with all the... restrictions. The month mixed with pistachio is one of my favorites. One girl with colored hair was exceptional in her job!Will return for more ice cream! Read more
