The quality of this place has really taken a nose dive. A previous order I had they didn't put cheese on the sandwich, and their... logic was you need to ask for cheese?they opt to assume all sandwiches get no cheese in case someone has an ?allergy?. Lmao. Iassure you, if someone is lactose intolerant, they will request their food without cheese. Caesar salad from this order hadblack slimy lettuce, it was so bad i wouldn?t even feed it to an animal. I called and asked for some kind of refund and theysaid they would but never did. My most recent order (today 11/19) i ordered a three meat plate- ribs, chicken breast and beefbrisket. The ribs were dry and nearly inedible and they gave me pulled pork instead of brisket. The dinner roll was rockhard. Quality is important to people when you spend $19.50 for a meal and $30 to have it delivered after tip and fees. Read more
We purchased nearly $700 worth of food, supposedly enough for 40 people? we got enough food for maybe 15-20 people at the most,... and that?s stretching it. We have ordered from other businesses, for similar events/sizes - we paid half the price and got threetimes the food. Decided to try something different this year, and went with barbecue through Dickeys. We?ll definitely not beordering Dickeys for our parties in the future. Read more

If we could give this restaurant, a half star or zero stars we would. This was the worst barbecue that we have ever had. We were... unable to eat the food that they served us. It was burnt and resembled shoe leather. My boyfriend and I both had to send ourbriskets back because they were so bad. The ribs were super overcooked and bad. Both of our briskets were replaced and was notany better than the first brisket we received. Slightly better, but still an edible. Management needs to take control of thebusiness. All of the staff, including the manager were very young and unable, but willing to help. This is the worst barbecue wehave ever had and needless to say we will never be back, nor will we ever recommend dickeys barbecue off of 29th St. inLoveland. Read more
Extremely Poor! Ordered online for 4:45 pick up, which was 35 min. from order time. Arrived at 4:30. No one in the store... except the two employees on their cell phones in the dining area. They ran behind the counter and acted as if they wereworking. Asked if the order was ready. Response, " We haven't started it because we don't have any salad (1 of 4 sides)." Ihad to ask for BBQ sauce as they handed me the order. I then had to return due to an incomplete order. Too much of a dinnerrush or just unacceptable service? Read more

Ordered the brisket and cheese sandwich with barbecue sauce and onions - received this. Meat and bread, no sauce, no toppings.... Tried eating it but it was way too dry to even swallow. They need new management or to close their doors if they can't get asandwich right. Listen to the reviews - don't go to this location. Read more
Generally one my go to places for BBQ.Maybe just off day but stopped by Sunday .Brisket dry , nothing on the plate I ordered was... very warm.The sauces were all cold. When I inquired if sauces are now cold I was told they didn't get turned on. Hope next tripis better Read more
