I go to this restaurant every chance I can. I wish it didn't take me 10 years to discover. Everything is to die for. If you... have to wait to be seated and that is a possibility, you will not be disappointed. I like to sit at the counter and watch thecooks to see what they prepare. When I leave I always thank the waitress and the cooks. You must get the grilled biscuit. I'vehad the Basic,Pancakes, The Colonel salad, Turkey Sausage, eggs benedict .... You just cannot go wrong with anything on themenu. They also have really good oatmeal, a humongous vegetarian egg omelette, humongous burritos you might want to bring atake home container from home (Eco friendly) because there is no way you will finish your meal unless you got a major hugestomach. I try to go once a week just because it's that good. The staff is Top Notch!! Read more

Incredible food in huge portions that are a great value. Green chile sauce is out of this world. Hash browns are super crispy.... Come hungry because you won?t leave hungry. Read more

Breakfast gravy almost as good as mine. Everything made fresh in house. I had the Billy and loved it. Great staff and... affordable. Coming back again for sure. Read more

Had to get the ?Billy? because that?s my name lol. It was amazing. This is a very good place to eat. It?s not fast so it?s good... to be relaxed when visiting, but it?s worth it. All the food was fresh and the service was great! Read more

My husband, daughter and I came in for brunch. I wasn't too happy about the wait for a spot. And the seating is way too close... proximity for my comfort. Especially still coming out of a viral pandemic. The table next to me sat a family with 2 young boys &and infant. I couldn't get out of their fast enough. The food, I think, was good... I wish I'd been able to actually enjoy thefood. The thing about a pleasant restaurant experience is the enjoyment of ALL the senses. Sight, sounds, taste, touch, smell. If the surroundings & sounds are off, the rest really gets over-shadowed. Read more

We were looking for some good breakfast and wow this place was way more than we expected! The food was excellent Tex Amex style.... We have traveled all over from Colorado Springs to Denver to Loveland and this was the best food by far! Loved the green Chilespice! Super affordable and huge portions. We would recommend to anyone and will be back! Read more

Was told by multiple people to try this place for breakfast. Can?t say it lived up to the hype I?ve heard about. Ordered sweet... combo with blueberry pancakes and they were nothing but mush on the inside, seemed like they were event cooked all the waythrough. If you like raw pancake batter go for it, wasn?t for me at all. Ordered the funnel bacon as I thought it would beinteresting and it was just a sponge of oil, nothing but mush just like the pancakes. Wait for the food was quite long, wouldhave been fine if the food came out top quality but instead it was a let down. Read more
