Let's start out with when we were sat at the table. There was only 3 of us, and there was a man that came up and asked if it was... just the 3 of us, said yes, he walked us over to a table threw 2 menus down on the table and walked away. It took about 15-20minutes to get drinks. Never asked if we wanted refills, once the food came, there was never anyone that came by and asked ifwe needed anything. We had to request our check so we could leave. A man walked over with our tab, handed it to me and asked ifhe could take my card for payment. I literally got a brief glance of the tab and it was over $100. I thought that was a lot for2 adults and I child, but I just thought I would look it over when he brought it back with my card and a receipt to sign. Hecame back with just a receipt to sign with the final amount and a place for a tip. My husband asked for broken down receipt sowe could see the charges because it wasn't adding up. He paused for a few seconds, said he lost his train of thought and said hewould be back. Brought back the itemized copy of what we ordered and there it was, they added 18% gratuity on an $80 check. Ifwe wouldn't have asked for that back, we would have left a tip on top of that. I thought that was shady business to do. I havenever seen an automatic gratuity on a table of 3 for $80. I have also never been to a restaurant where they ask for payment whenthey bring the check over and don't provide you a copy when they come back. The food was excellent I ordered a draft beer, it was kinda warm. Our server was a good guy but they gave him way too many... customers/ tables to handle for 1 person to handle. Overall I think I'll go back and it'll be a better experience. Maybe it wasa brand new keg still warm and maybe next time they will have enough servers to handle all the tables Thanks again. This place is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Loveland. Always great service, except today. We waited 30 minutes without being... offered a menu or even water. Employees stood and acknowledged and still no service. Ended up walking out. Not exactly sure whatto think. Going back again will be the ultimate question. Read more

Great choice for Mexican in Loveland. They bring corn chips and refried beans to each table. Select your own level of heat to... add at the Salsa bar. Recommend any of the tacos and then sopapillas for dessert. Menudo on weekends. Plenty of parking and widevariety on kids menu. Read more
Went with hubby & daughter to dinner. This was beyond expectations. The mole was authentic. Super smokey and dark, robust with a... hint of sweet spice. I ordered a virgin margarita & the waitress didn't hesitate on taking that request; as I've had previousservers respond like they didn't understand what that meant.. or worse: WHY. The food is always delicious when we eat here so that?s nothing new, but recently we used El Cielo to cater our wedding a couple... weeks ago and wow! They did such an amazing job! The food was delicious, all of our guests could not stop raving about it. Theowner is very professional and the prices are reasonable. We did a fajita bar and it was perfect. We even had a ton of leftoversto bring home, even though we had 250 guests. Definitely consider them if you need some good Mexican catering! Read more
Had a pretty bad experience. My combination tacos came out ice cold. The chicken looked like it was straight out of a can. No... seasoning or anything. The shredded beef taco was just as cold as the seasonless chicken. I sent it back and didn't orderanything new. My husband liked his steak fajitas but they didn't offer anything to ramify the situation. Will not be returning.If you go just don't order the tacos. Our waitress avoided our table like the plague. No water or soda refills. Really not agood experience at all. Read more
