as for the food, its fat shack; great when youre totaled and need some food in your tummy. But the customer service here is... what really surprised me, I had a weird order cancellation from doordash and called the restaurant to get it figured out and Iwas handled personally and professionally which is all I can ask for. Great work from whoever took that call. Ordered a fewtimes from here before but this is what has sold me on this exact store. Read more
I wake in and no one was waiting for food there was 3 tables with people in the restaurant. I walked to the register and one of... the staff walked up to me and asked WHAT. I told her want I wanted and she walked away and told me to sit down it will be 5mins. I understand people have bad days but there was no line and she had one other person back there with her. I came here with my kids because I heard rave reviews about it but our experience was awful! The food was fine but it doesn’t... matter how good the food is if your employee’s are rude and I mean I have never met a ruder employee in my life!! I didn’tsee her name tag or if the even had one but it was the lady that was working on July/30/22 . She was very obviously agitatedthat we even came in at all beings that the restaurant was empty and we disturbed her rest behind the counter. When ordering Itold her 3 times no cheese on my daughters burger ( lactose intolerance) well when the food came out her burger had cheese! Isaid I’m sorry but this was supposed to be no cheese . Well she stomped off cussing under her breath about me and the “ nocheese “ burger. My son then asked for ketchup and she threw the bottle at him before he even finished his sentence mind youhe is only 9! She then slammed the burger down in front of me and mumbled somthing els while storming off back to the kitchen toset down. This was the most u professional establishment Iv ever been to and I suggest they have a word with their employees orconsider a change of staff because not many people will tolerate service like that for the sake of a mildly better then averageburger! Tried to order take out through "fatshack" but were very rudely told we "could order through grubhub or ubereats" and given no... choice even though we tried to order from their website and had to call instead. Wouldn't recommend if you're trying to orderfood without paying the 3rd party premium... pretty sad to see one of the last late night food places in town fall to corporategreed. If I could give 0 stars I would. P.s not the first time we've been let down by this place. Trust me you work hard foryour money there's places that will work hard to take your money and this isn't one of them. Read more
Josh was very friendly and inviting! He showed us his favorites and helped us pick out some of the shacks specialty menu items.... Was definitely not disappointed! Fair food fried desserts were so so good and brought back the good memories of when I was akid!! Thank you Fat Shack and we will for sure be back! Read more
My husband picked it for cheat night and honestly it didn't disappoint. My husband ordered the fat shack and said it was the... best BBQ sandwich EVER it was 2 meals in one with appetizers included on it.. I had their wings and loved it. My son ate theburger and devoured it.. then we topped it off with fried Oreos and shakes.. definitely a great place for a cheat meal. Wouldn'trecommend taking anyone that's on a health kick or into light eating because this place definitely lives up to the name. Read more
4 out of 5 past orders messed up, I will no longer be a customer. Being a father and busy all the time it’s nice to take a... break every once in a while and order out. Having the past 3 out of 4 orders messed up I didn’t want to order from here but myfiancé did so I agreed to giving them ANOTHER chance. I get our food just after receiving the text saying it was done,literally within a minute because I was already on my way. I live 5 minutes away and get all of our food out and begin eating.My sub is cold. Not cold like it has been sitting there for 20 min and was room temperature, LITERALLY cold. Then on top of thatthe chicken tenders and poppers, that were inside the sub, were so over cooked and fried they were unidentifiable. The last partI finally had a real looking piece of chicken where the meat was actually white. But that’s why it’s SO weird, I’d thinksince the food was so over cooked it would still be pretty hot. It was cold cold though which only had one explanation,something came out of the refrigerator. Without a doubt my food was not made fresh. It’s absolutely impossible for it to bethat temperature coming out of a fryer then me eating it that soon after it’s ready. It took a lot for me not to call or goback up there I was so mad after being excited about ordering out then getting that as a result, especially when I wanted Tasteof Philly or Jimmy Johns or Bonefish instead. Done! Get your ish together!! You need new cooks or something. Having been toother Fat Shacks was why I gave them so many chances. No more. Easiest menu to cook and it’s obviously too hard for someonewith what I order. Read more
