All I can say is WOW !! I had firehouse for my first time today after hearing for years how good it is , why did I wait so long... !! This is hands down the best sub I've ever had it was absolutely LOADED with meat and toppings and i didnt even ask for extraanything( wich we all know nowadays just to get a normal portion of meat you almost have to ask for triple meat!!. ) Mac andcheese is AMAZING and the potato soup is sooo good!! Fans of the sub sandwich shop might think I'm crazy to give this place 2 Stars. I placed my order at 12:38. At 1:00 I was still... waiting for them to call my name. I stood the whole time near the counter so I would not miss the call. People who are in linebehind me were receiving their order and leaving the store. I still stood waiting. Finally I went up to the counter and askedthem where my order was and they kind of looked a little befuddled. Well they found it against the back wall on a counter. WhileI was waiting for my carryout order my 93-year-old mother was waiting in the car. As you can imagine our sandwiches weren'texactly warm by the time she and I ate them. I can only say they were good not great. Mine being a meatball sandwich in mymother's was turkey. Firehouse subs you really miss the mark with me. This is our first time at your shop and I was curious tosee what Firehouse subs was all about. Pretty sad way to be introduced if you ask me. I ate here for the first time the other day and it was one of the best subs I've ever had honestly! I ordered the Club on a Sub... and everything about it was fantastic! I would highly recommend it to anyone. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because itwas extremely expensive for being a sandwich. It came to $18 for a sandwich/drink/chips combo.
