Absolutely the worst. I have 3 kids at my house and they shorted me 4 pieces of chicken and 2 large sides of potatoes. They told... my husband that a 12 piece was not available at 6:27 PM. I?ve never ordered food, waited over 30 minutes, then never received my food and simply been given my money back. Total fail,... they couldn?t even make two chicken sandwiches with fries, for the inflated price of $30. The manager gave my money back, butwas rude and unapologetic. Couldn't leave lower than one star but this place is the worst. Manager was rude and didn't care if she corrected the problem at... all!! Didn't get all our order on delivery and they did nothing except say we could come pick it up. We paid for delivery and ifshe was any kind of manager she would have been more helpful and polite!!! I ordered a large drink and they handed me a medium in the drive through and said if I wanted a large I would have to order... again. They finally did a large drink and then kept my card and I had to go in the store to retrieve it. Food was good though. When you go to eat at a place like KFC you expect to get chicken and not wait 30 to 45 min for food from the drive thru.... Staffing, insufficient product it all points to poor management and training. And having to ask for the rest of you order is notok. If it was once I may have understood but everything I've gone to this location its the same were out of this or that orthat's not on the menu! If it's not on the menu than don't HAVE IT ON THE MENU! The main reason we went here was I really wanted the Mac and cheese bowl with chicken. My granddaughter wanted just Mac and... cheese. The rest of the family wanted a bucket meal with greenbeans and mashed potatoes. We drove 20 minutes to find out thatthey were out of Mac and cheese and green beans! My wife after working all day drives up to order food at 9:00 PM. This is one hour before their close time. The drive through... employee said due to a staffing issue they are closed sorry. Really what have they been doing up till now. Did they just notwant to do their job and cook some chicken. At this rate they should just close the doors permanently. When I was a kid, my grandparents used to get KFC once a week. But they wouldn't eat it. They'd just take it home and keep it... warm in the oven for like 3 hours before dinner. It was torture. To this day I have to eat a bite the second I smell it or I'llhave a panic attack. Also, my grandparents must have been rich. I can only afford to get this stuff like twice a year. Read more
