My wife and I received a cool gift certificate to the Loveland Chophouse and decided to try it out. It is easily the best meal... we’ve had together. We hosted our son's Wedding Rehearsal Dinner at this restaurant. There isn't one thing we could have improved on. Michelle... worked with us long distance months prior to this event. Heather was our server and gave us an amazing evening. Her attentionto us and our guests was top notch. The food was extraordinary. The staff made sure we had a beautiful event! Our server was an absolute champion. Her pairings and recommendations were as on point as possible. She was incredibly warm but... wise about space. She knew when to approach and when to leave us be. I wish I could remember our waiters name but we had such a great time. It was our first time ever being there. When he realized... it was our 14 year anniversary, he took time out of his busy night to make us a card & had all staff sign it and present it tous..So incredibly sweet!! So thoughtful. The Chophouse in Loveland has a menu that will make you want to try everything on it. Since this is not possible, I recommend... trying the fillet (cooked Pittsburgh style) with blue cheese encrusted with mash potatoes.. simple meal but definitely worthit!
