I went to the drive up ordered the items I wanted got up to the window thought that my points had paid for part of the order but... to my surprise my points had not taken and I wound up with a 30 dollar McDonald's bill that in addition to I got none of the order points either. The young man at the window was apologetic but said there was nothing he could do. Bad deal all the wayaround. I got home and the big Mac was very small and so was the quarter pounder looked like a regular cheeseburger use tolook. Seriously the whole experience was so bad I will never eat at McDonalds again. Falsely accused of trying to pass a fake $20 bill. When I asked them to return the bill so I could take it back to the bank I... received it from. They refused and kept the bill. I then had no proof to show the bank to get it replaced. I was out $20. Hellwill freeze over 10 times before I spend one more penny with this franchise. Read more
Normally have good experiences at this location. But today I sat in the drive through for what seemed like 10 minutes just to... have the driver behind me back up and head to the other lane for ordering and the moment they drove up were answered! I'm takingmy business elsewhere from now on. Can't even get a basic happy meal without having to jump through hoops... Not with itanymore... Read more
I only like McDonald's for their breakfast. I downloaded their app thinking it'd save me time and money. I did get a good deal... on one of the biscuits and that's why they get 2 stars. But, I've been sitting in this curbside spot for 30 minutes. I'vewatched a lot of cars go through the drive thru in that time. I'm going in after I finish this review. Terrible service . This location tends to be hit or miss. Tonight was a miss when they didn't offer a receipt and then forgot a patty on one the 3... Big Macs. Felt like a little Mac, and there's not much meat to start. It's about the same as a QP so this was just a salad withMac sauce. Maybe it'll be better next time. Read more
I think my favorite part of this chain now is the app. Food is always great. Bacon egg and cheese, spicy chicken sandwich, and... sugar free vanilla ice coffee. Can you blane me? I love how the managers are personable and the food is awesome. Read more
I will not go to this location again. After paying for our food at the first window. The worker yelled at us as we started... driving up. I guess he didn?t realize we just paid and thought we were skipping paying. After we confirm with the worker at thenext window that we paid, we got our food. Not only that but the burgers were undercooked. Very upset about the whole situation. Read more
The place is in shambles! There remodeling, the ceiling is gone but still serve food ????... the staff are stuck up idiots and... rude. Drive thru and run out fast... be sure to double check your order they mess up a LOT!! Remember to get your receipt.. goodluck ???? Read more
