4 of us came to have dinner. The restaurant was half empty. We waited over 30 minutes for our food to come out of the kitchen and... when it was finally served it was cold. We and people from other tables had to go to other empty tables looking for silverware. When the waitress finally came back to the table we all sent our food back. She said that it would be remade quickly. About 20minutes later the new food was delivered to our table. It was luke warm at best and wasn't made to the way it was originallyordered. The manager said he made it himself and got it out as fast as possible. I couldn't eat my meal at all as it containedcheese which I had originally ordered my meal without. He offered to discount our food but not comp our food. We waited another10 minutes to receive the bill. Finally the waitress told us that our food was taken care of and they she was sorry that we hadsuch a bad experience. I will never visit this restaurant again. It's obvious that they are short staffed but it seems that noneof the staff including the manager really care about the level of service they offer. Read more

Last time getting food at this location. I paid $7.29 for 7 tiny avocado fries. The tortilla chips were really stale. Cheese... enchilada didn't really have cheese. The queso tasted fishy. Gives the company a bad name. Read more

We had a lovely early afternoon lunch. The food was great. Kristi provided the BEST service we've ever had. The music is set to... a reasonable volume so that you don't have to scream to have a conversation. My neurodivergent child was comfortable enough tonot wear his noise-canceling headphones. We will definitely be returning often. Read more

You can get better Mexican food in Colorado than this, but the service is good and the portions are large.

Came for lunch with my hubby and daughter. It was sub par at best.First, I felt a little mislead on the price if the margarita... when the advertisement on the sign right when you walk-in said $5, yet I was charged $15 for it! It was also pretty stuffy inthe dining area. Air conditioning with all those people in close proximity would be nice. The food was barely room temp, flavorslacking. Nothing special. The salsa was the best thing i ate. Food & atmosohere certainly wasn't worth the price. We won't beback. I left unimpressed & over charged. Read more

Tex-Mex chain restaurant. I enjoyed the flavor of my lunch but the family found everything too spicy. Not too sure about the... service and atmosphere was strangely not relaxing and had a spiritually dark feeling. Enjoyed the chips and salsa. Booths aresmall for four adults. Read more

The food is fairly authentic with a twist to certain dishes. Portions are decent, and the chips and salsa are free, but the kids... meals were fairly basic. I will say that the food pricing is a little steep, but it?s not surprising given their selection andin comparison to Chilis; they do have a great selection of alcoholic beverages though. If you?re looking for Mexican food thatis a little more mainstream then this is your place. Read more

Phew! Let me tell you, I have never had every aspect of a meal be messed up like tonight. The queso came first. Before drinks.... Before chips. What? Do I spoon feed queso? Straw didn?t come until the entree. Straw was broken. Sweet n Low didn?t come untilI asked another staff member. The tortillas were tiny and not?whole? also, they were smaller than the chips. Nothing was hot.Besides the beans for whatever reason. Restaurant was super cold though. So I appreciate the steamy beans. Server (Hannah) washorrible (attentive to the table behind us). The other server was great (attentive to her tables and served us our food and mysweetener). I appreciate the manager comping half our meal, but unfortunately I felt this review to be necessary.
