Ordered takeout by phone. Easy to do, and was instructed where to park and call for curbside. On the 20 minute drive there,... a torrential storm happened and when I parked in the curbside spot it was a downpour. A neatly dressed server opened the nearbydoor and immediately became drenched. He quickly handed me the plastic bag with my safely dry order and waited in the downpouras I got the payment out of my purse. I tipped as if I had sat inside for my meal, because he waited patiently with a smilingdemeanor in spite of getting completely soaked. Once home, the tasty food did not disappoint and was still hot. The roastedpeppers appetizer was new to try, and it was amazing! Highly recommend! Read more

This was our first time dining here. The dumplings were amazing! I ordered orange chicken; it was exceptional and my husband... tried to order spare ribs but they were out. He instead ordered ginger chicken with no onions. His order came out full ofonions and there was so much water from the broccoli that he actually had ginger chicken soup. Our server gave us a free desertwhich was pretty yummy. Our server was a little too busy and not too attentive. I needed a refill on my beverage but wasn’ttasked until she asked if wanted one to go. Overall, the food was good, the service was good, but I don’t think we will goback, it was a little on the pricey side for just ok. Read more

Good food and nice location but the rave really goes to our server Audrey. Audrey was attentive, polite and a joyous ray of... sunshine. She answered all questions we had and provided great recommendations. She was happy and smiling the whole time anddidn’t make us feel like we were a bother. She brought great energy to the experience. Will be sure to return. Read more

We hadn’t been to P.F Changs for years until some friends invited us to go for our anniversary. I was so pleased with our... experience. The service was wonderful and the food consistent with what we remembered. We had so many questions since wehadn’t been there for so long!? Our server Alex was very proud while sharing their wonderful menu recommending so many of thefavorites being served there. Alex was kind, cordial and very patient with us. We actually had a few staff members come to ourtable to say hello or to bring out our food! I highly recommend this place for great food, ambience and great service. I giveAlex a 10! Read more

I used to love their Mongolian Beef. But the price has changed so as the flavor and the portion. It's not worth paying for... anymore. Even their This will be the last time I'm ordering it from them. Even their Orange chicken was meh. Read more

The food could've been from Panda Express, service was meh and the place was filthy! The walls were covered in dust, the light... above the table was worse (also directly above my food), and the booth back had old food smeared on it. They serve their lettucewraps with iceberg lettuce. What?! Had heard good things about this place. Highly disappointed! Read more

We ordered sesame chicken, lo mein, and sushi. The lo mein was LITERALLY dried out noodles. Zero sauce. The chicken was cold and... barely spun in any sauce. It was one of the worst meals we have ever had. Ever. We ended up getting something else. Don’twaste your money here Read more

Phenomenal customer service, from the servers. Seating in main area feels crowded tables placed less than 6 feet from each... other, although there are other options such as the bar or the patio. At 4:30 in the afternoon, there weren't many sitting inthe dining area, but I imagine it would be uncomfortably crowded if every table was occupied. The floor was dirty; there hadbeen a fork left under the table that they had me sit at. The physical menu is just a drink menu and to see the food options Ihad to scan a QR code, which meant the phone( that I was trying not to look at for a minute) had to be used. Read more
