Ive never had a bad experience until today. I ordered a mini murph pepperoni pizza for my daughter. I asked to replace the... pepperoni with pineapple, as we dont eat pork. Riley (with the blue hair) told me that that wasnt possible. I have done it inthe past, so i know its absolutely possible. Ordered a triple pepperoni pizza. 3 different kinds of pepperoni the pizza was more like a cheese pizza with very little... pepperoni. Very disappointed. Also tried to call in my order twice. The website is confusing when you want to customize. Wanted half cowboy, half pepperoni. Order showed customized Cowboy, but... clerks print out showed both halves customized the same way. A phone call confirming the order would have been nice, butemployee didn?t care?that?s what the website order said. Even though she knew it looked weird to her?maybe if something looksweird, it is weird. Could pick up the phone and at least ask. Why would someone order a Cowboy and take all the ingredientsoff when they could have just ordered a pepperoni?? No common sense. Second time my order has been messed up at Papa Murphy?sonline. Place is absolutely filthy. Food all over the floor, floors look like they haven't been cleaned in months, orders were mixed up... and waited for 40 minutes for a pizza. Service was sub par. Disappointing. Read more

Ordered a custom pizza that they completely messed up. Called to let them know and the kid working said he would add my name to... a list for a free one on them next time. Next time comes (today) Apparently he never added my name so the girl working todaysaid she would give 80% off. I said that's not ok since it's not my fault they messed up last time and not my fault he didn'tadd me to the list. She said ok and gave 100% off. Fast forward to pickup, had 2 pizzas and a smores' dessert and didn't thinktwice about checking the piszas for error. Got home and the pizza was messed up AGAIN. Husband drove back to have it made rightand she said "well I already gave this one for free, would it be bad if I just picked the onions off" Needless to say, we won'treturn to this location anymore. (Eagle drive location) Pizza is good except if you have a special request, such as "light sauce", you'll have to watch them. The... last 4 times, the cashier didn't bother to tell the pizza maker. From the other complaints I've read, it seems like they justneed to work on communication between the cashier and the pizza makers. Read more
