I ordered a chicken quesadilla, the preparer put some chicken and a little cheese on a tortilla and placed it in the cooker... without asking if I wanted anything else. He did put the guacamole on the side. In the past they would ask what else waswanted. So I wasn't sure what was going on. I know I should have had them start over. Read more
This is a five star review solely based on the two interactions I have had with John. As someone who grew up in food and has... spent countless hours on the line, I know how easy it is to forget the simple things like enthusiasm and genuine care for yourjob but John clearly exhibits the untrainable qualities such as a good work ethic, being genuine with guest interaction, movingwith purpose, and keeping a cool head amongst the chaos that is fast casual dining. Thank you John for not just serving a guestbut creating an experience. Give this man a raise. Read more
I rate this 4 stars because I just feel like I need to leave room in case I ever happen to come across something better... I... just want a five star review to mean something. But I love Qdoba and my experience here was great. Guy messed up my orderbecause I mumbled ?Green Salsa?. He heard cream salsa and put on their smoky, creamy, mild sauce. Let me just say... that stuffis pretty good, and this guy who served me was awesome the whole way through. Dude was energetic, real nice guy... I feel badfor him... I hope that didn?t ruin his day. I used to work at Qdoba and messing up an order would always ruin me for at least afew minutes... if not the whole day. Anyway he also gave me a free drink... or tried to anyway... but I had already paid for adrink... eh... no matter. It?s the thought that counts... he had great customer service and I just kinda made it tough for himtoday. But I would definitely recommend this particular Qdoba (and also any Qdoba) especially when this guy is on shift. Youwill start feeling the awesomeness once you start ordering. Hayley, Demetrius, Mckenze and Cameron are all amazing. They had a customer who was irritable over there food, he was trying to... order while talking on the phone. They kept there professional attitude and made it right without a stress and continued to helpthe rest of us in line. Perfect customer service! Read more
This qudoba always seems busy and it is for good reason! The ladies here work hard and it shows, I was 4th in line and my wait... time was not very long, even with people ordering multiple items ahead of me. The cooks do a good job as well, my veggies werecooked nice and all the sauces and meats were full. Props to Raven the manager who made sure all was good at this location. Love the Qdoba near our home, the staff is always extra friendly and nice, very helpful, go out of their way to make sure your... order is perfect, always make suggestions to try new things, and make small talk trying to get to know their customers. The foodis good. I always get a chicken/steak bowl, ingredients always taste fresh. The soup is decent. Love the steak quesadillas andnachos as well. Read more
I come here quite often. It's a Sunday morning, I was helped by Josh. Josh help me with my burrito this morning, and he did it... with a fantastic attitude. Don't see kids like Josh very much anymore. And he gets bonus points for wrapping the burrito reallywell. Read more
