Literally impossible to get a correct order here and this is the worst sonic in town. The staff is rude, they make the food... incorrect 99.9% of the time. I thought it would improve eventually but with the same exact experience every single time for 10+years clearly theres something wrong with the management or the way the owner runs the store. Be prepared to have your orderfixed multiple times and have staff talk down on you for it. Read more
Buyer beware! STEALS from customers. I have a favorite add in that I love and always pay extra on top of it. Last time I went... they didn't put it in the drinks and I figured they forgot it and went in with my day. It happened again today and when Iquestioned the staff they said they didn't have them but I told them I paid for it. The staff member shrugged and walkedaway. They are willfully not putting what you order in your drinks in hopes you don't notice and pocketing it! Buyer beware! Read more
Keep being told they're done with ice cream at random times in the evening. Wouldn't think a place that's like at least 1/3 ice... cream would do that. The app doesn't stop you from ordering if they're out of ingredients or ice cream completely. And if out ofan ingredient in the shake they make it without, still charging for the topping and then don't even tell you. It would be niceto at least be given the opportunity to change the order if you don't have what I paid for. And this last few times it's notbeen they're out of a topping but they actually say they're "done" doing ice cream products for the night. Tonight, it was anhour and 10 minutes before closing so not like I drove through at close and they had already taken the machine apart. If so, youshould advertise that. You don't do ice cream after a certain time, but with my experience it's been random. I'm definitelycan't save. It's because not busy enough or something because while writing this post I've watched at least 15 people go throughthe drive- thru and there was a line when I got there and there line now. Read more
I came by today for a breakfast sandwich and was kindly helped by the drive thru attendant. At the window he was the most kind... worker I have ever interacted with there. His name is Mario and he was just so polite and very friendly I hope you recognize his awesome customer service skills and give him a raise. I hope the owners see this and feel shame for working a skeleton crew. There was one poor kid working the whole restaurant by... himself. Stop undercutting and under valuing your employees and make sonic great again. This isn't the first time we've gone andseen only one person working. Pickup the slack and get in the to help or hire staff and pay them decently. Read more
I love Sonic, but they should shut this one down. They don?t allow the sonic App. They don?t take mobile pay like all the... others. They mess up the order I was say every other time. I usually drive to one of the further ones because they take the appand typically don?t mess up the order. Charged extra for bacon, green chili both missing along with all the condiments Iordered. I need to start checking before I leave it make the king drive. You would think people would take pride in their workand don?t understand why they don?t make more then 16 an hour. Read more
Worst Sonic I have ever been to! Cheeseburger was disgusting, top of bun was mushy and bottom was rock hard. Meat looked awful... and was cold and gray. French fries were cold, old and gross. I would highly suggest not eating here. Read more
We ordered through the SONIC app of course so we can get half-price drinks. We also ordered popcorn chicken and tater tots for... our drive. Everything came out quickly, hot and delicious our drinks were what we always expect from a sonic restaurant! Read more
