Literally impossible to get a correct order here and this is one of the better sonics in town. The staff is rude, they make the... food incorrect 98% of the time. I thought it would improve eventually but with the same exact experience every single time for10+ years clearly theres something wrong with the management or the way the owner runs the store. Be prepared to have yourorder fixed multiple times. Read more

Came through during lunch rush. although they were very busy & short staffed, we received our food in under 3 minutes. not to... mention it was a pretty big order. the girl who took our order, sammie, had the greatest attitude I?ve seen at any sonic. sheeven checked up on us to see how the food was. that is how you earn tips! will definitely be coming again. they are killing it!! Sometimes it's not good. Most of the time it is not any worse than other Sonics. I don't really like most of their burgers but... good deals keep me coming back in the app. Churro bites are what's good and 1/2 price drinks if you use the app. Read more

Stopped to get a treat for my son and to try the new chophouse burger. It was a busy Tuesday night, so there was a bit of a... wait, but not horrible. Got my food and drink and went 7 min home. Opened the bag at home and opened the sandwich to find achicken slider instead of a burger. Tried to call and got no answer. Drove back and waited in line again to be told that theywere just talking about the mix up. Waited again and watched food be walked out to the car BEHIND me. When I finally got thefood, which is 5.99, I got the equivalent to a plain cheeseburger with 2 onion rings on it. There was some kind of spread on it,but couldn't identify it. Given the temp of the food, I'm guessing this was my original burger from 15+ min ago. I am extremelydisappointed in the service and will give serious thought to ever returning to this location. Sadly the service is going down hill here. Most stalls are blocked and the drive thru takes forever. Service is still great(... personal are friendly), but it seems that the location is becoming more and more like the north store. Hoping they get more ofthe stalls working and speed up service just a little bit. Food is great through as always. Read more

So this place is continually getting worse. I know it might not be their fault on being out of stuff but none the less it?s... always something. Tonight it took almost 40 mins to go through the line and get food. There were about 4 cars in front of me. SoI get it sometimes things take a while. Here?s the deal. Our food was garbage. Wife couldn?t eat her chicken sandwich bc it was?old?. They forgot the expensive a.. pretzels. The fries looked like they were from yesterday and tasted like they looked. Myboys both ate their cheeseburgers but nothing else. The toppings on my sandwich were beyond disgusting. $40 for our food and wecouldn?t even eat most of it. For all I know the pretzels might have been all we could eat but I?m sure those were gross too.Waiting for as long as we did our food should have been HOT. Not one thing was hot. We have about a 5 min drive to home so itshould have at least been warm. Nope. It will be a VERY VERY long time before we come back?.if we do. I should have takenpictures of this mess. If there is a next time I certainly will post pictures along with the review. Read more

We wanted to place our large order online, but had to pare down the order because of a $75 limit to online orders. In the drive... through, we asked where they would like us to park as they prepared the order and they told us to wait in a specific spot. Wepulled into that spot and waited while order after order were being filled. 35 minutes later, I went to ask about the order. It had been sitting there, hot stuff getting cold, cold stuff melting. When we got it home, we didn?t have three of the itemson the receipt and everything was poorly marked. Disappointing. Read more

I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. Watched them deliver orders to 3 cars behind me then was given the wrong food.... Went in to correct the order and was given dirty looks by atleast 2 employees.Had to wait another 10 minutes for the correctsandwiches, only one was right. Manager was less then caring. She gave 2 coupons for free cones! I'd like my 40 minutes backthat I waited start to finish before I could eat my food. I won't be back to use those coupons. Service was the worst! Read more
