Went here last night because it is the only subway around that has a drive through, only to be again highly disappointed. The... screen in the drive through had touch response issues namely because it's filthy, it took over 15 minutes just for the car infront of us to get their drink and single sandwich. When we finally got ours and got home my gf's sandwich had almost no lettucewhich she asked for it but not 5-7 pieces (she also had issues the last few times and had a replacement sandwich she haven'tgotten yet and hasn't wanted to deal with the drama), mine was the worst; it was supposed to be a 6" turkey breast and ham I got1 and one half pieces of turkey and no ham at all, hardly any fixings. This is by FAR the worst subway I have ever seen or evenheard of (I have friends that work at a couple different locations in Washington State). I will definitely be reaching out tosubway corporate as this is an ongoing issue that the owner obviously isn't resolving. Oh and I didn't mention that someonewalked back into the store drink and sandwich bag in hand.... My guess it was messed up too ???? I don't have photos this timeand didn't call store as I was exhausted (hence the stopping in the way home to get food) but seeing that it's ongoing, photosdon't matter. To the franchise owner, talk to your management and get better staff for the dinner rush. Read more
Drive thru is busy so go in! Also a lot of people assume the salads come with lettuce. They don't, that's why you have the... choice to add it in. Truman is especially nice there, and made a very professional looking sandwich like in the photos Read more
Seriously how hard is making a sandwich? Just ordered a sandwich off the menu, as is, no special instructions or anything...... girl asks if I want it toasted I say no. Then she asks what I want on it... umm, what it comes with? I assume she means saucesso I choose and say that's it... so she puts no veggies and toasts it... bro if I wanted to build my own I would have done that,now all I have is toasted meat cheese and sauce, no veggies and I didn't want it toasted. There were many issues but the biggest was that my "salad" was pickles and green onions (no lettuce, I don't even eat onions)... and my tuna sub had no tuna in it! I complained and got an apology but no refund for a $12 meal I had to throw in the trash,even sent the pictures below. Go anywhere else please Read more
I wish they would double check orders. It's nice to be able to order ahead so the food's already ready for your lunch break,... but this convenience is negated if you have to go back in to get it corrected. Read more
Never had a necessarily bad experience here, but today was so awesome. I think the manager was there, the name tag said B J... Brandon on it. They were super kind when ringing up our order. The girl who made our sandwiches was also super nice! Read more
Subway is usually a quick easy dinner option for my husband and I. After 3 visits to various Subways we have discovered Subway... will no longer be on our menu. The staff is always rushed and rude, they discontinued the garlic sauce/oil, and have had oldbread with rubbery produce. Bummer. Subway used to be great. Read more
