It might be a good idea to hire someone how knows their math and has respect for others. The man running the drive through not... only gave me the wrong change but also was very rude, pretty much argued with me about the money I gave him. I didn?t even wastea breath because I knew I wasn?t gonna get anywhere. On top of all this he put veggies on everything I asked him not to. These guys want premium pay when they cant even get an order correct. They forgot $15 worth of my food. And by time i got home I... was not packing my kids up and going back. One star because I can?t rate any lower than that, your guys shells are stale, it tastes like dust was shoved down my throat and... I only had a small piece, my girlfriend unfortunately took an entire bite, the smell of the shells by themselves isquestionable. We even had the order remade and we still got stale dust shells. There?s little to no meat in the tacos, we didn?tget any of the sauce that we had in the original order back, and the inside of the store and KITCHEN WAS NASTY. There was idon?t even know what on the floors, along with bags and packets lying around, the counters were disgusting and this was just thekitchen, I should have just asked for a refund and gone to throw up what I had if you even had a bathroom, idk if you did but Istill wouldn?t trust it. Just ordered 2 Cheesy Gorditas and a soft taco and all of them have literally a spoonful of meat. They then stuffed it with... lettuce to make it look full. I have include a photo as proof and this Taco Bell is a JOKE! Read more

Went through drive through didn?t get my correct order and then tried to go in to get it fixed and the door is locked and I know... for a fact that their open sign shouldn?t be off when they close in 4 hours. Came in to order and stood there for 10 minutes. I watched as the staff came up and gave other customers their food but never... once asked if I wanted to order when I was standing right in front of the register. Also noticed a customer forgot their drinkcups while they picked up their food. I heard one staff member ask another whose cups these were and he said, I have no clueafter he just put the customers food on the counter. Completely clueless and poorly managed and under staffed.
