Got a 6pack and a pound with 2 nacho cheeses. The containers the nacho cheeses came in were cracked so they double stacked them... and the lids didn't stay on. So when we went in the bag cheeses was everywhere, you can tell the pop was empty cause what we gotwas bubbly water. The soft shells were hard and broke! Went through drive thru. When I ordered didn't get what I wanted. The person who took the oder must of been new. At the window... confronted after I didnt receive my drink for my meal when asked. Oh I didn't get that payed for that. Stopped look at my orderdidn't receive what asked for still went back to the drive thru had to wait 5 minutes u til the person was taking my order.Pulled to the window said I didn't ask for a super burrito I asked for a bean burrito the price difference is $2 the ladyassuming was the shift manager. Asked snarling do u want a refund or the beef and potato burrito not even what I asked forjust. Also noticed the back door is propt open, with is a health violation due to the fact of pest control issue and is notproperly sanitary. Just asked for my burrito. Then left. Problem was not addressed correctly and the customer wasdisrespected. My order was approximately around 740 pm ordered #1 #6 #12 with side items of a soft tacos, chirrio, and spicysteak $3, and a steak quesadea. First order $38.12 second order was told $11 looking on my bank app it was $5.63. Since Ididn't get my receipts at all or the first one back can't show you. The ppl really need customer service skills and trainedproperly. Don't think I'll go back there. Read more
Went there this morning to get some steak breakfast burritos like I have a 100 times before but you guys so lazy n don't want to... do your jobs. You tell me you have steak breakfast burritos, but aren't selling them because you won't sell steak till lunch butyou don't sell breakfast all day so essentially you refused my order. For no reason, your employees are always rude btw. Read more
SO good! I grew up near a Taco John's and moved away so I haven't had it in years. Potato Oles are still amazing! They were... crispy, we'll seasoned, and not too greasy. The staff was friendly and service good. The churros were a bit overdone, butoverall we had a great meal! Read more
I love Taco John's but my last experience sucked... The food was cold and they were skimpy with the potato oles... If you ever... travel up to Cheyenne Wy... Try their Taco John's because it's a completely different experience. Read more
WOW! My family and I recently moved here to Loveland from Las Vegas, NV and tried Taco John's for the first time today. I got... the #6 Combo of a Fried Chicken Burrito and loved it! The burrito was a great size, nicely pressed on the grill with perfectlycooked chicken and a delicious sauce. It was nice that how it was made was perfect for driving and eating, no mess! And thepotatoes were hot and crispy, not greasy at all. Lastly the lady working the drive thru was so nice and friendly. I'll be backagain soon - and often! Read more
Just got home with my $54 order to find they didn't give me all of my son's order, didn't give me any of the nacho cheese sauce... I paid for. I'm very angry it's a 15min drive they stuffed it all into one bag so I couldn't check the order also. I'm veryupset. Worst Taco John's I've been to. Read more
