Clean, seating is prompt, facility clean and kept up. Staff friendly. Seating is usually quick depending on how busy they are.... They serve all ages but many seniors do eat here. Prices are fair. Read more
We were able to order and get our food quickly on a busy Sun. The food was good. The service was impressive, with quick drink... refills. The iced coffee tasted like creamer over ice unfortunately, so I only drank my water. I hope that was a one-off. Read more
Food was good except they put my strawberry crepes on the same plate as my country potatoes and alot of the strawberry syrup... went into my potatoes. Made it gross. The crew was very nice!! Food tastes good except for the placement and not being able toeat all of my potatoes. It was a very clean establishment as well. Read more
The food was excellent and the service even better! Everyone was so kind to my 98 yr old grandma and our server, Kaitlyn, went... above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She even gave grandma a free piece of pie for her upcoming birthday. Willdefinitely be returning when I come to Loveland. Kudos to the chef and staff! Read more
Friendly staff and good quality food. My only bad comment is the new policy on free pie Wednesday. You use to be able to get a... slice of pie with Any purchase. And now you have to buy a meal. Use to take my in-laws but due to new policy don't anymorebecause they can eat that much food. Read more

On Friday, Nov. 18, terrible dinner, service was even worse. You would think a simple order for the chicken tenders dinner and a... bowl of soup would be no problem - WRONG! When the food was finally served - after sitting on the service tray for severalminutes while another table was served - the soup was tepid, the broccoli with the tenders was stone cold, and the fries, soggy.The server did not bother to provide silverware so we sat waiting while the food got even colder while she found some. She hadto be asked twice for ketchup, and didn't bring it for half the meal. Then when my husband asked for more water, she took thepitcher to four other tables before finally bringing it to us. We finished quickly, then waited, waited, waited for a check thatnever came - while we watched her clear dishes from three other tables where people had left. We were so disgusted with theservice, we passed up the piece of pie we had planned to get, and just got out as fast as we could. We had looked forward tothis quiet dinner out - what a disappointment!
