Fast food restaurants are not the same since Covid-19. The restaurant lobby was messy and missing condiments. My grandsons... enjoyed the food, but they got the order wrong. I've stayed away from Wendy's for a few years due to their geasy burgers, but itwas better than the past. The strawberry frosty was disgusting, while the chocolate was as I remembered. Read more
To be honest, there are a couple of locations that I enjoy more than this specific location. Wendy's as a whole, I love a lot,... but this location hasn't been the most inviting in my experience there. If you want a better location, I recommend these: 1519W Eisenhower Blvd. (Corner of US-34 and N Taft Ave.) 6145 E Crossroads Blvd. (Near Windsor, just off I-25. Next to theBudweiser Event Center.) 3710 S College Ave. (A bit out of the way up in Fort Collins, but it has great service. It is justbefore E Horsetooth Rd, and on US-287.) Read more

B'jon was amazing. Very clean and well kept dinning inside. Super fast food. It's people like him that make me keep coming back.... His customer service and personality were amazing. The food is whatever. Hit and miss like any fast food place But whoever the drive through guy is that borderline yells at you... and speaks incomprehensibly fast probably shouldn?t be working the speaker. I could hear him from the first window taking theorder from the car behind me. I don?t know if this is the same guy that was yelling at me a few months ago when I went to thedrive thru or if this Wendy?s just likes to hire aggressive auctioneers but it really makes me not want to go back. Went through the drive through the drive through. People were friendly but the man that took my order spoke sooo fast, I could... not understand him. They need to consider the older people coming through the drive through. The cashier was/is alwaysfriendly. Read more
I'm not one to write negative reviews, but this is without question the worst wendy's I've ever been to. I just spent $20 on 2... meals. The quality of these chicken sandwiches are in the "dollar menu" range. Read more
I like the food at Wendy's, that's why I eat here, or any other Wendy's for that matter however, it is the people who work here... that set the tone for returning customers. With that being said, the environment is cold, as in unwelcoming. There are nogreetings when walking through the door, at least for my family, there isn't. There is no eye contact or genuine personalities.It's more like robotic customer service, which I CANNOT stand! The service is focused on being fast instead of beingintentional, so I get my food fast but, my order is incorrect. That is a NO-NO. I'd rather a have steady pace of service withGREAT PERSONAL INTERACTION, otherwise, it kind of ruins the whole mood of enjoying my Wendy's meal which these people did notthemselves create on their own but, are managers and STEWARDS of someone else's legacy. I mean, other than that, the restauranthas ALWAYS been clean including the women's restroom. Tables are wiped well, and the floors are clear of debris and food. That'sEXCELLENT! Keep that up! One last thing, it's probably NOT a wise decision to mock the customers who pay to keep your job open,just a thought. If I can hear you from where I sit, surely the people you talk about can hear you at the counter. Let's remainrespectful or, at the VERY least, professional.
