This location informed me they do not allow alterations to the menu. I tried to order a hamburger keto style due to being... diabetic. Rather than fight the cashier, being made to feel both unwelcome and stupid for even trying. I just left withoutgetting anything. Location was clean though. Read more
Seriously the worst. I am here Friday 09/2 at 6:15 pm. The manager or shift leader has zero business working here. When I pace... my order at counter with the gentleman (who was awesome) took my order, the manager comes over and puts my fries on the counterwhile my burger takes a few more minutes to make. She is screaming and yelling at the other employees for the whole place tohere. This is not ok! Read more
Thieves. I used the app to place an order. I got to the restaurant to pick up my $15 order and apparently they were out of beef.... It happens, I'm not mad about that. I told them to cancel the order. The cashier said that she did and I left. I still have thecharge on my card almost two weeks later. No response to the message I sent to customer service. Whoever has been assembling food orders during the evening shift is not paying close enough attention. We came back three times... to get one burger order corrected which had additional toppings which cost us extra money. This happened to us before last monthwhen we went through the drive thru. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and no bacon! I live right down the street and from nowon if I order in the lobby or in the drive thru I?m going to unwrap my orders and I?m going to make absolutely sure it?s how Isubmitted my order which has been through the app every single time!
