One last update. Got home and the order was still wrong ???? I originally gave three stars, and the drive thru guy kept it up.... Try to give the wrong order, and didn't even respond when we told him it was wrong. We said thank you and everything to his rudeself and he still says nothing. GET HIM OFF THE DRIVE THROUGH. The kid in the hoodie, not the big guy taking money. Its fine,but the dude working the drive thru obviously hates life and needs to find a new job. So curt and disrespectful, no interest inhaving to do his job. Put that dude on the grill and get someone working the drive thru that wont make people want to comethrough the window to teach him proper respect. Read more
Came here after an Eagles game and ordered a #3 nugget combo meal. Asked for bbq sauce. Got to the window and could hear the one... employee yell at the other one at the window..?I don?t give a shit?. I could hear him!!! The kid gave me my food super quick andtalked so fast I could not understand him!! Got to the house I was dog sitting at and noticed they put one sauce in for 10nuggets and it was sweet and sour. Food was good, new fries were hot and crispy, just as advertised. Bacon was not limp and soggy on the bacon doubles, buns were... fresh, and condiments were in correct amount on sandwiches. Service was very slow and drive thru time easily exceeded 5 minutes,but I think that was because of staff shortages and training new people all at the same time. Drive thru staff was obviouslyfrustrated, but still genuinely friendly to customers. Slow, but good food and service! Read more
The customer service was amazing! We ordered via the self service kiosk and either my husband accidentally ordered the wrong... sandwich or the machine messed it up, but regardless he received a grilled chicken sandwich instead of a burger. I took it up tothe cash register and explained, and they went above and beyond. Even though it most likely was our mistake they were willing togive us the benefit of the doubt and replace the sandwich with the one he wanted. Seriously, amazing customer service and Ihighly recommend going in to be pampered by them. Thank you, you wonderful employees! Read more
