I had an amazing experience at this establishment. There were 2 employees that specifically made this an amazing experience.... Their names were Cullen and Isaiah and I just can?t say enough about the amazing service they provided. None of them tried tohit on my mother and I really appreciated that because people usually try to hit on her and say provocative things to her and Ilike when people don?t do that. Great place just feel the quality in the wings have gone down. They don?t put enough sauce and when I ask for extra sauce and... they CHARGE ME they don?t ever put extra. I want my wings swimming in sauce and they can?t do that but charge for it?. Love theplace just sometimes I feel like that are rushing and not paying attention to detail. Every other Wingshack I've been to has been able to get my order right except this one. I ordered two fry bowls and an extra... side of cheese sauce. There was no cheese sauce put on the bowls and the extra side was missing. There was NONE! Verydisappointed :( Read more
If you want some good wings, I would recommend Wing Shack. The wings themselves are better than Buffalo Wild Wings in my... opinion. The garlic hot wings were my personal favorite! Their fries and ranch dipping sauce were also great. It should benoted that Wing Shack, although the food is great, does not compare to Buffalo Wild Wings in environment. If you want a place togo watch sports while eating wings, Wing Shack is not the restaurant to go to. Read more
This place used to be awesome but my last 2 visits have been nightmares. First visit that prompted my 6 month hiatus was when I... ordered some wings and had a coupon. There was a simple miscommunication - can't add a coupon to a carry out special. Simpleenough, but when I asked "why wouldn't this be explained over the phone" the girl, who I only assume was the manager respondedwith a snarky attitude sharply saying "It doesn't matter but I'm not adding a coupon for you". Never asked her to, simply askingfor clarification. This go around, we ordered some fries and received a bag of unseasoned mashed potatoes shaped like fries insome areas. The bag was soaked through with moisture/oil and the fries fell apart while trying to pull them from the bag. Therewas also no seasoning on them at all. I miss when there was this location and the Greeley location. The quality of food,attitude and courtesy of staff was much much higher. Read more
I ordered a 30 pack of wings and large fry and the wings tasted bad, like old grease. I called the Loveland store and asked to... speak to a manager at 4:04 pm on 10/21/21 and I asked if I could bring the wings back in and have them remade and the managerinformed me that they have no control of how their wings taste because they change the oil out everyday. So I asked for arefund and they told me the best they can do is a 10 dollar gift card for 30 dollars worth of wings. Worse customer experienceI?ve ever had and I?ve been getting wings here for years. Very disappointing to be treated so poorly after years of service.Edit: store remade the food after I had to go back and request a manager. Wings still tasted bad. SMH Read more
Cullen was awesome! Wing shack has the best wings in Loveland, hands down. He was super friendly and really understands customer... service, unlike lots of other places. We had a great lunch waiting for the driver's license office appointment. Read more
