Get the staff some rain coats! Hopefully y?all will get them warm clothes for this weather we will be having in the future .... Other than that I love this place! I come here with my sister like every day. We love it. They always give us light ice. Asrequested. They did use my rewards when I didn?t want too one time but I now see how I can turn that off in my app. Easy peasy!Again get them so cool outside wear! They will need it! Read more
If I could I would not even give you a star at all. I went through a drive thru ordered 2 drinks and the girl at the pay window... scanned my app, applied my rewards toward my orders but I wanted to save for the next time (she RUDELY said well youcan?t) Anyways long story short I asked for my refund and another (RUDE girl came by ) she told me ?well, you just need to callthis number (she gave me and deal with them and they don?t have time to deal with me) worse customer service EVER!!!!! Anyways Icalled the number they gave me and told them what had happened and the lady on the other line told me they can?t do anything forme, I would have to take it up with the restaurant that I had the problem at. Anyways, the moral of the story is that they tookmy reward without my permission and there?s nothing else they can do for me. Terrible staffs , I will never return to thatlocation!!!!! I keep trying this location and continue to be disappointed. They have now moved to the app which is great because I have wanted... to have the ability to order ahead since this location opened. However without warning they stopped excepting the punch card soI was unable to take advantage of my free drink last week. Then today I pull up and the guy taking orders outside tells me hedoes not have the camera to scan my code to start earning and tells me to have them scan it at the front. Get up there they telloh no they can?t it has to be done before you pay. This facility is in DESPERATE need of team meetings!! Read more
Awesome service with a wide selection of drinks. My first time at Ziggi's and Jenna was extremely helpful. She gave the best... recommendation, Raspberry Truffle blended. Wow! BEST coffee place in town. Any one of this Ziggis is well worth it!! My favorite so far is fireside blended with 2 extra shots... of espresso. Seriously, if you haven't tried it, go!! Read more
