The service was great! The food was hot and our order correct. But honestly the food wasn't great. The chicken was kinda bland,... the fries were just okay. The sauce is yuck. No offense, just too herby for our taste. If you are familiar with chicken places,our scale in order from best to worst is Zaxby's, Guthrie's, Canes, skip a few spots, then Tender Towne. Read more
The food is always great and good portions. The workers are always pretty young, as noted in some of the other reviews, but it... hasn?t been an issue for me personally. The tender wrap is my go to and it?s great! Their dine in service definitely isn?t asfast as Canes but I?d say they?re about equal in chicken quality. Read more

I?ve tried this place a couple times and each time I order the same thing - Tender wrap with no lettuce and extra sauce. When I... have ordered the past four /five times, whoever makes the food puts lettuce in the wrap and puts little or no sauce. I was a little bothered this visit. I feel anyone with long hair should have it pulled back when working with food. I know the... board of health requires everyone to wear visor, hat or hair net and this lady had none of the 3 on. Read more
