Three people order food. We had to confirm our order 2x before she rang us out because she seemed very confused on why one... person didn?t want tomatoes on their sandwich. One didn?t want bacon. You would think that is an easy alteration but guess not.We only got 1 full order then 2 partial orders from the other 2 peoples orders. We asked for the rest of the food. They said wedidn?t order it. The girl that took our orders and rang us out wouldn?t say anything as to why she didn?t ring up the way weordered it or why it was missing. The other 2 kept arguing with us that all 3 of us didn?t order. The food that we did get wasterrible because it was put together with as what can be best described as they were inconvenienced that people were in thestore ordering. (So no care and slopped together to hurry us out) . I will never come back to an establishment like this oneagain. Stop making excuses for terrible service and lacking accountability in what you do. I love tropical smoothie but at this location I have to wait ~20mins more than the estimated time on mobile order. I watched who... I assume is the owner touch food with his hands without gloves and was also yelling at a teenage employee during the lunch rush.Kind of disappointing. Read more

The food and smoothies are delicious! And a great price too. However, the online ordering system may be unreliable, and be... aware there is a lunch rush. I'll definitely go back, but a series of events caused an epic my 2nd time there, but was finallyresolved. Details: I placed an online order Monday at 5:19pm with a pickup time of 5:33pm. I arrived at 6:15pm.... (1) theorder never showed up on their system even though the charge went through. It happened to another woman earlier that day also. They couldn't make it because a storm started about 6pm and the power went out at 6:01pm, but my meal should have been readybefore the outage. (3) Tuesday the power was still out (bad storm) not their fault but I had driven there to discover this, andWednesday 10am I called to say I'd pick up my food at noon. I got there at 12:19pm and there was (4) a huge line at the drivethru and inside. My food was not ready, which was disappointing. Everyone thought I was being impatient when I said my foodshould have been done, saying "ours too!" but I explained I'd been waiting for 3 days, since Monday and called a few hoursprior. I feel a little bad about that because it was the power outage that extended the delay, but I didn't want othercustomers to feel like I was a "karen" or that the owner was playing favorites by getting me my order before theirs. I ate myfood and it was DELICIOUS and now I feel bad for being demanding at a time the owner was running a marathon fulfilling ordersfor the lunch rush, pacifying dozens of hangry customers. While he had 2 helpers he was the one who worked the hardest, butprobably will reap the benefits as well. Read more

I have driven past it so many times and always meant to stop by. I finally did and it was amazing!! The smoothie was perfect and... the flatbread was incredible. Get the teriyaki chicken while you can!! Read more

I wasn't impressed with the customer service here, the employees were hard to understand and would talk in another language to... each other while taking the order. The facility seemed nice and clean but after this experience I will never go back. Read more

It seems internet sales are a problem for this location. A sale is a sale. I first tried to go through the drive through... because there was no line. I said hello I'm picking up and was quickly cut off with "internet inside". When I went inside theyacted like they didn't just talk to me a second ago. I told them the name and that there were 2 orders placed. He replied"what order" so I told him the name again. He said he had 6 orders. I guess 5 orders is the limit for listening to the nameyou were just told twice. I would suggest you don't accept internet sales anymore. Read more
