This place offered your typical Wendy's experience. The food was on par with what you'd expect and the service was quick.... Wendy's is typically my go-to fast food but some establishments can be hit or miss. This one gets my approval. One thing I willnote, I ordered a diet Coke and they gave me regular Coke. So, I'm not one to complain often, but if I'm ordering breakfast from a fast food place and I want coffee with cream and sugar.... The cream and sugar should probably be stirred for me. One as just good customer service. Two, I'm on the go and balancingcoffee on my lap is pretty difficult when I need said coffee to function. The lady is always very moody when I ask her to stirthe coffee so this time I just did it myself. If you can't prepare the coffee in a quick and efficient way then that's fine.Just stop serving coffee. This is the third time this has happened. I hate to come across rude; it just needed to be addressed.:/ Edit: Just for clarity. I was the only one in line the entire time so they were by no means rushed and didn't have time tostir the coffee. I wrote this in the parking lot and no one else came through. Consistently bad. I frequent this Wendy's out of convenience, not preference and I constantly regret the decision to do so.... Food is rarely hot, service is never with a smile. Bought a large fry got less in it than the medium fry?! Service times are onpar for Wendy's, but that doesn't make up for the rest. Would not recommend. Read more
Update 12/1/2022: Showed up an hour before closing time. Place already closed and empty. Apparently posted times don't mean... anything. Good luck if you're headed here. Drove up around 610pm. Drive thru lights on but no answer after waiting 10 minutes;line of cars forming behind me. Drove forward to window and could see workers inside, honked horn & was ignored. Parked and wentto try door; locked. Calls to store get busy signal as if phone is left off-hook. 8 - 10 cars still waiting in drive thru butno one taking orders. After waiting 30 minutes, went to Mcdonald's and got food without problems. This Wendy's is always a jokejust randomly closing at times. Missed out on a lot of sales today. Read more
