I visited Backyard Grill on two different occasions and both visits were just okay. The first time here, I had an amazing... waitress and the second time, I had a not so amazing waitress. The first time around I had amazing chicken wings and the secondgo around, it was hot water passing as soup. The shrimp was tasty and the steak was just okay. 9 months ago I gave a better review but, like many places, the quality has gone way down. Ordered on phone to save them fees,... fries are way too salty, quality of burger and chicken is noticeably lesser and they sent me a salad full of clearly deadlettuce. Terrible. I went twice this month and it was terrible. I'm sorry but no. My prime was cold. Waitress was terrible both visits.... The hostess was great she helped us like she was our waitress on my last visit. She was very polite. She was what made the visitbearable. She was great. She needs a raise. All the rest is a no. They have a robust menu. Tried their PBB&J (peanut butter, bacon, & jelly) burger. It was delicious! Their steak fries are good.... Excellent cheese curds. They have some outdoor seating during nice weather. The server was very nice. I only tried them becausethey were one of the $10 off of $25 coupons in the Rockford CityTins but I will definitely be back again. Read more

Food was really good. I had the egg-treme backyard burger cooked medium well. Home fries were great too.
