I ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich and onion rings. After waiting for 15 minutes in the drive thru the onion rings were... awful and dripping in grease. I usually love beef a roo but not today! Read more

Never fails to be delicious. Stopped at backyard bar and grill for a birthday. Was met with a dirty restaurant and dirty dishes... brought to our table. It's a great place with wonderful food we have all enjoyed for decades. Why 4 stars? Well, the salt was a thing of legend.... However, they have now changed it to be much less than it was before. Not sure if that was a cost savings or sometone fixingsomething that wasn't broken. So, 4 stars because they had 5 and decided to forfeit one. Went through drive thru and was charged for someone else's order that was double the amount of my order. Went to the store to... get it fixed and they couldn't give me my money back on the spot. The manager said he would give me the full refund for my orderafter sending the receipts to corporate. Been waiting 2 weeks to get my money and it still hasn't come back. Then I finally getthe number for corporate and they can't credit my money back. So they offered to send a check, but it wasn't a full refund, itwas the difference of what I had to pay. Be careful giving your money to this place, it will be a nightmare trying to get itback if they screw up. Oh and make sure you ask for a receipt because they will not give you one unless you ask, but after thisexperience, I will NEVER go to Beefaroos ever again. Read more
