Terrible time trying to order. Couldn?t understand the ? women ? in their call center in India. I asked her to repeat my order... and she hung up on me. Couldn?t get anyone to answer at my local dominos so I gave up and ordered from our Pizza Hut. Your lossdominos. Ordered 2 pasta dishes. One being just an alfredo with cheese and the other being a bread bowl chicken Alfredo. They got them... flipped, putting the pasta without chicken in the bread bowl and vice versa. Normally not a big deal but when one person eatingis a vegetarian it can ruin the experience, especially when they believe they had been eating chicken. Called the store toexplain what happened, they claimed it was made right and that we were incorrect. They offered to remake the dishes which atthat point didn't matter since they were eaten and showed no concern about the fact that there was an error that could have beenbad due to dietary constraints. They again apologized in a half hearted tone and said hope you have a good night. Used to be abig fan, but this kinda killed it for me. Update: Tried to give them another shot, they messed up cinnamon breadsticks by notadding the cinnamon and just sent cooked bread..called and they were super nice. said they would send a text message i wouldhave to reply to and i would get a gift card to fix order. Never got the text and when i called a day later they told me I wouldhave to call corporate to get a replacement order... food is great here, customer service....not so much Read more

On Oct 24 I waited for 1 hr 50 min to get a delivery. I live about a mile away. Tonight I had to wait for 12 1/2 minutes for... them to answer the phone. Then I tried to order on the app, but it was disabled. So I went to the store and waited 30 min for myfood. When I arrived at home I found I had the wrong wings. I went back, waited again for new wings, came home, and when Iopened my pizza.... wrong toppings.... The service of this store has declined dramatically in the past couple months. Send areal manager here and stop having kids run the store. Read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. We used to order all the time and would have great service. Over the last year, it has... gone downhill fast. We have had our orders lost, delivered to our neighbors, and freezing cold. Tonight was the last straw. Iordered at 6:00pm. By 7 we still hadn?t gotten our pizza so I called to ask. They said they were busy (understandably) and thatit would be another 20-30 minutes with delivery. I asked if I could pick it up. They said no problem and it would be ready in10-15 minutes. I get there 20 minutes later to give leeway and they hadn?t even started making it. I wait another 15 minutes.They tell me it?s about to come out of the oven. Another 5 minutes and they say sorry someone must?ve taken it and given it toanother guest. It?ll be 20 more minutes. Never using this location again. Read more
