I saw mice crawling all over the buns on a shelve in the back and they were serving those same buns to customers
Had money in machine hit the bonus spin of ten n it zapped out after first spin n zeroed out n lost my money n spins. Was told I... would get a call and never did. Went in the next day n was told ya they fixed the machine but new nothing about me or the moneyI lost. Never again will I visit dottys or Shelbys or there other franchise. I really don't care about the money but the spinsin bonus round really sucked to hit n then have it zapped out n clear your remaining money. Read more

Bed management,Poor service BECAUSE PEOPLE HOLD MACHINE TO PLAY 5cents bet and playing on phone game . I watch one customer last... 3 hours he put it $5.00 and play for over 3 hours. So I talk to cashier can you talk to him if he don?t play so I can playmachine because I come hear specially to play this machine but boyfriend and girlfriend hold both machine.
