I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a large fry. 2 happy meals. After they didn?t change my sprite to an apple Jucie at the... speaker cause the were so impatient. I knew my order was going to be messed up. I was pulled forward they brought out mysandwich and fry?s. But forgot my two happy meals. I wait 20 mins they brought out one happy meal. Waited another 10 mins tobring out the other. After that my fry?s were cold. And the lady told me there no managers were running the shift. Are youserious! This location has the worse employees in the afternoon. They are rude and mess your order up. At least they have goodmorning staff???? Lol it?s a joke! Read more
Tried to correct the size on one of our drinks. They never removed the other drink from the order. Got charged for 5 drinks but... got 4. Wife ordered a double cheese burger with no ketchup got ketchup anyway. Also we did not get any napkins in the bag. Don'tnormally have so many little issues when ordering from othe McDonald's. If you want food and fast this is not the place to go. Waited over 20 minutes and paid for them to tell me they didn?t even... have what I wanted and they had to return the money. So the last few months have not been ok. I love this location but y'all need to adjust what yall are doing they put 8 cheese... burgers, a 20 piece nugget, 2 large fries, napkin's and 4 honey mustard in one bag. Y'all are upsetting people. Staff was super friendly, the machine that has the nonfat milk has been broken for over a week now. Giving a 4 star review only... because the staff made up for it by offering me a different coffee and a coupon!! The staff are the heart and soul of arestaurant regardless of it being fast food. Usually I'd laugh at someone for posting about fast food but this location is garbage. Used the app, waited 17 minutes before... saying anything, coffee was cold (not even warm). Saw 10 angry people in the lobby after I gave up on the curbside and walkedin, the incompetence of management at this location insane. Read more
