Order was supposed to be done at 230, recieved a notification that it was done 20 mins early. Pizza and cheesebread were both... cold. Wings were still warm. What is the point of setting the pickup time if orders are going to be out early! Dissapointed. Read more
I called and Asked 3 days before sons bday spoke to the manager about the Football shape pizza for my son's bday weekend 10-1... and I on Saturday I ordered a football shaped pizza and the worker stated she was not supposed to but made one charged fullprice and it DEFINITELY WAS ROUND and very THIN NOT SHAPED LIKE A FOOTBALL COULDN'T SEE STITCHING ON FOOTBALL WAS NOT HAPPY ATALL!!! I tried calling to get a delivery order in. Every time I called the customer service line I was hung up on repeatedly. I called... four times and was hung up on. Then I got through to someone at the store directly. When I spoke with her she was very rudeabout the situation and put me on hold instantly. Then when she got back on he was going to take my order but was rude and toldher I would order it online and that this was the longest amount of time I have ever had to deal with to order a pizza. Customerservice definitely needs to change when ordering. The delivery driver was extremely nice and my food was great thank you forthat part. Read more
This store is very lazy in my opinion. I wouldn't even give them one star. I am a teacher at a middle school in Rockford, IL and... was calling to order 14 pizzas. I waited until they opened today because I wanted to have an accurate list of students in schooltoday as I am paying for the pizza party with my own money. The worker took my order and then transferred me to a person who wasgoing to give me a discount. The woman told me they did not have drivers after reviewing my order. They had a delivery personwhen I ordered 10 pizzas but when I switched to 14 I guess the driver called in sick? I am very disappointed as all of mystudents wanted Papa Johns instead of other pizza companies. They lost business today and customers as none of us will everorder from Papa John's again. I gave my business to Pizza Hut. They gladly accepted the order with a discount. Papa John's, youlost a lot of loyal customers today due to laziness. Read more

I placed an online order and didn?t notice an option to schedule an order. Usually delivery has been around 40 minutes for us,... so I knew I?d be home. After I placed the order, the quoted wait time was about an hour... I called the store to push back thedelivery time. I was told that I would get a call when the delivery person was at my door, so I mentioned that I might just beback in time- but I might not be. I asked if the person could just leave the pizza (because I?d only be a minute or sobehind). Well, we ended up being late, and I didn?t hear a phone call even though my ringer was on at maximum volume. The pizzawas not on the porch or anywhere else, so I called the store. The manager had the audacity to tell me that I wasn?t told thatthe pizza would probably be left on the porch. That?s not how it works. If your employee is wrong, the employee is wrong. Don?tpin it on me. And don?t allow your employees (this was a girl) to call women ?chick?. Not a classy establishment. The managertried to make it up to us. Ordered delivery to my apartment and literally put in the special instructions call upon arrival because our building is locked... the delivery driver gave it to someone else instead of following special instructions. And we ordered off their website notdoordash. Never again im pregnant and it just made me bawl my eyes out???????? Read more
