This is the second review I submitted because the first never posted to my knowledge. I have attempted to call the number for... the store and have not received a return phone call. My husband went there for breakfast, for takeout, while traveling for work.He got a chicken biscuit. It was RAW inside. I really hope this is not the normal for this place and I hope this cook has beenremediated or removed. I have pictures and a receipt from that day if management needs more information. Read more
If I order a sandwich without pickles that doesn't mean make it with pickles then take them off and give me the same sandwich. ... It means make the darn thing without pickles in the first place. Not that hard guys. Read more
Terrible service always. Drive thru is the worst. Never has our food ready (so much for fast food). We always have to pull... forward for 20 mins. Fries are usually cold by the time they bring them out...dumped in the bag.They always forget something,they're rude, sloppy AND THEIR FINGERNAILS ARE THE DIRTIEST. Read more
Absolutely terrible customer service EVERY TIME!! Nobody knows what's going on they simply are a disfunctional group of workers... period. The drive thru moves fastest but you most likely will get halfway down the road and find your order is wrong anyway. Read more
Wow! I'm am thoroughly impressed. I usually only stop at a McDonald's as a last resort for food, but I will be sure to visit... this one more often when I'm in the area. The food looked perfect and exactly like the picture. I felt like I was on Blue's Clueand danced a jig and teleported through the TV screen while watching a McDonald's commercial. Yhe best part is that yhe cheesewas actually melted! All of the food was piping hot and fresh. 5 stars! Read more
Very busy but the staff kept things moving quickly. Super friendly employees. Very clean even with the lunchtime rush.
Bad service bad food. The employees were smoking outside and then handle your food without washing their hand. They try to... charge me $30 for 2 quater pounder when i check the recive i told them they over charge me and the employee just say it gonnatake a while for them to give me back my money because she didn't know how to. I don't eat this disgusting food, but I do get the Frappé's and allow my daughter to get a burger or chicken nuggets every now... and then. Traveling route 29 we stop here at the Lovington store, worst idea ever! The guy at the drive~thru was so high hecouldn't get the order right, had to get a manager to help it was an app order, so maybe this was his first one.... But when youare too high to even enter the code after I pull around and show him..... he needs to go home! Then they only gave us one order,I had to get out in the rain go into the store and wait behind OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO'S ORDERS WERE MESSED UP! DON'T STOP KEEPGOING, it's NOT worth the hassle! Read more
