Lowell location is pretty quick but it is hit and miss on the quality of pizza. I do like the online ordering and the app that... allows you notifications. Read more

I placed an order at 11:56 PM within operating hours and it was canceled immediately just pure laziness. It may have been last... minute but they should honor their operating hours Rather than be lazy and not feeling like doing it last minute or delivery. Read more

I ordered 5 boxes around 4 pm to be picked up around 7pm. When I arrived there were only 3 boxes. I asked the lady with red hair... what had happened, after she found our fourth box. And all I got was an unhelpfull "Oh, we cant find it." Are you friggenkidding me? Who manages these mediocre workers! Train them better! I'm telling my friends not to come here! Read more

First off the Pizza from this Domino?s location always gets a 10. I order deep dish with extra cheese, beef and Pepperoni well... done. I pay extra for it but it is well worth it. My only issues are this. Last week I tried to use the $3.00 off for getting itourselves. It would not work on the online ordering, so we tried to get the discount inside. They would not give it. The personsaid you can?t use it. So we just said OK and left. Tonight, I used the app and got my order. I used the tracking and when theapp said it was ready I walked in. The counter person, said I can?t find it. Then came back and said you will have to wait whilewe remake it. Where is it? They said since you wanted it well done we will have to remake it? WHAT? If you can?t find it, Ibelieve it must not have been made. So? I waited until they were ?remade? and then they handed them to me, and said thanks. WhenI used to work in retail food sales many years ago, we would offer some sort of compensation. They did not offer a upgradedpizza, free pizza a drink or anything? Why are the places forgetting about customer service? Loyalty of customers. I just flatout believe nobody is taught basic business practices any longer. My work ordered several pizzas from this location and two pizza?s were made incorrectly. When I called about these pizzas, I was... treated pretty rudely over the phone. The situation was taken care of eventually. That situation is not the cause of my rating.When the store finally called my manager, who is the one who ordered the pizza, before agreeing to a refund, the Domino?smanager told my boss I deserved disciplinary action because of how I spoke to them during my initial call. This is incrediblyunprofessional and frankly I feel like incredibly disrespected. Customer service is certainly not the main priority at thislocation. Read more

My husband and I walked in ordered,ran an errand. Our pizza was wonderful. Lot's of fresh ingredients. I haven't had a pizza so... good in a very long time. We recently ordered a couple of pizzas from a high dollar establishment. I was so disappointed. I evenasked for a refund. Read more
