Went through the drive thru at 2 pm on a Sunday, not a single car in the lot or the drive thru. Our food came out within 5... minutes, lady at the drive thru was friendly and pleasant especially for working at a Burger King on a beautiful day. Our frieswere too hot and crispy to munch on the way home. Burgers were fresh and juicy. This BK trip was a top notch experience. WhenBurger King is bad, it?s BAD. Not sure why but this particular Burger King is always very slow..... I am sure but the wait times that they are under staffed.... However, the business needs to understand that if I am waiting 30 minutes for food that I could cook a better meal in lesstime. More and more I do my best to avoid this location due to the extreme wait times. In addition the cleanliness of thislocation could be improved. Read more

My burger was not hot enough to melt the cheese. Dining room was empty and filthy, not one table or seat was clean, super sticky... floor also. I asked for a tray for dine in and she wouldn't give me one because they didn't have liners. Had to ask for salt,cuz my fries didn't have any. And during dine in I heard their negative conversations about other employees. As I was leavinganother employee was walking in and had WAY TOO MUCH patchouli oil on and nearly gagged up my lunch walking past her. Read more
I?ve always been a fan of Burger King because the food most of the time tastes better. It?s sad to see that they aren?t more of... them. However today I went to this Burger King, of which I?ve been to many of times but after today, this might be my last. Ican deal with slow times because of staffing issues but I can?t deal wrong orders or attitude. I ordered 2 breakfast meals withdrinks plus an iced coffee and I ordered a hamburger happy meal for my kid. They screen had it as a cheeseburger meal. I saidcan you change it to hamburger and I only want Lettuce Tomato Mayo and onion. Of course it was a cheeseburger with everythingplus the lettuce tomato and onion. While at the window I paid with my card. The young lady working the window asked if I wanteda receipt and I said yes I would, she didn?t give me one with my card, I assumed it was in the bag. She then gives me my coffeeand a juice box so I put them in the only 2 cup holders I have in the front of my car. Then another female employee wearing abrown shirt brings the food. After giving me the food I said thanks and she just looks at me. I said I?m waiting on the 2 drinksI had for the meals. She said ok and shuts the window. She opens the window and gives me one of the drinks, since the otherdrinks are in my cup holder, I?m holding the 3rd drink. The other girl comes to the window with my last drink and hands it outthe window. I asked if I could have a cup holder, to which she says yes. She puts the last drink in their and I handed the 3rddrink back because she had it on a flat surface and the lady in the brown shirt rolls her eyes and says, ?you couldn?t do thatyourself?? The young lady gave me my cup holder and away I went. I wasn?t going to lose my cool but I figured I would leave areview through the survey on my receipt but when I got home there wasn?t a receipt. stopped here for break fast while traveling back home. i called before coming because it didn?t look open, (lack of cars in... parking lot) but a nice lady answered and said in 5 minutes. I was a little early so I just waited at the speaker. Exactly at7:00 AM she answered with a bright/cheery welcome! When we got to the window she explained she was working alone she?ll our foodas fast as she can! Not even a 5 minute wait! We just traveled from Wisconsin to Florida. now we?re on our way back to Wisconsinand I think she was one of the best and friendliest employees I have encountered on this trip as I have had a handfulunfortunately of bad ones on this vacation alone. /: so THANK YOU so much to the nice lady who provided AWESOME and EXCELLENTservice! BURGER KING in Lowell, IN on Commercial Dr., is a chain of fast food restaurants. Going thru the drive thru was a slow... experience. I was second in the lineup of cars waiting for the order to be taken. Maybe there was a shortage of staff thisparticular day I cannot say. I did however ask for ketchup and they said they did not have any? Huh? The car in front of measked for an item which was not available either. Maybe they are waiting for supplies. I can?t say. The window attendant wascourteous however and this is always important factor on my reviews. I was not in a hurry this day so did not mind the wait. My food was hot & prepared as it should so my BURGER KING friends maybe go in the restaurant to place your food order. Read more
