This will be my last visit at this location. I came last week and asked for a large combo #4 Deluxe. They gave me a large fry... and a medium drink. When I said the drink was suppose to be Large the guy at the window said his screen said Medium and wouldn'tswitch the drink. Mind you my receipt said large combo. I let it go and came back today. I ordered again the same meal. The onlydifference was I added an Oreo McFlurry. When they gave it to me it was M&M. I told the lady that was wrong and I ordered aoreo. She said her screen said m&m and wouldn't fix it. At this point I'm done. I wanted them to just take the order back andrefund me my money but my husband talked me out of it. Please confirm your orders and when the customer says you messed up justfix. These were simple errors that could of easily been corrected but they refused. Now I'm just upset from not 1 but 2 visits.Never again! Read more

Little confused McDonald's isn't there supposed to be eggs and cheese ???? and then when I call and say they forgot eggs and... cheese they said to bring the food back so they can remake the food ???? The food is already getting cold so now they're goingto just slap some egg and cheese in there! Should I ask them to pay for the round trip & time spent? I am literally never coming back here. This was the most awful and ridiculous time I?ve ever at this McDonald?s. Not only did I... have to pull around to the side of the building for my mobile order, as everyone behind me was getting their food, they forgotmy hash browns. No big deal, pull around to the drive thru again. Finally get home to realize I have no silverware, syrup,jelly, salt or pepper for my big breakfast. Absolutely ridiculous. Not that hard to put something in the bag when there is 12workers doing nothing anyways. Read more
Great experience here. Professional ran restaurant with friendly staff and good food, unlike the Burger King a block away that... may be the worst restaurant this side of the Mississippi. Also Carson, the guy working the front register was really nice andhelpful. Future manager in the making. Read more
Why do I go back? Every time. Tonight, two separate orders, explained precisely. First they served our orders to someone... else,... while we are at pick up window.. yes, served BOTH orders to someone else. They then couldn't figure out how to"remake",orders... "Please pull over here and wait while we MAKE your order. 15 minutes later, cold burger, soggy fries, fish with tarteron container, not sandwich.. worst ever Read more
Waited 15 minutes for food, which whatever it's dinner time, however it's 20 degrees out and the staff member was going to... different cars to try to deliver it (they made everyone park and wait) so the food got colder, again it is what it is, and Iwouldn't even write this review except the fries I got. This was supposed to be a large fry, and they only filled it as shown inthe photo, and no I did not eat any before I took the box out the bad, saw it, and took the photo to put on social media. The light table was cool. The restaurant was clean. Kids got chicken nugget meals and the nuggets were missing. Had to go back... up to the counter but they were given without issue. Read more
