Very disappointed! Pizza was like eating cardboard with minimal amounts of toppings.
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Charged $19 dollars for a large hand tossed pizza. Pizza was dripping with grease, and the cheese cup was... ice cold. The bathrooms were nasty. The men's room had a puddle of urine all over the ground. The women restroom smelt like aporta-potty. Our table was covered in dried pizza sauce. I will never be coming back to this place. Price has become outrageous for how bad the quality is. I ordered a pizza with just cheese and there was hardly any cheese on... it. Asked for extra sauce and there was hardly any sauce. Just go to the grocery store and buy a frozen one, about the samequality and much much cheaper Read more
We ordered from this location three times while in the area: The first time I was very unhappy with the girl who took our order,... but the other two times the guys who answered were nice. The first time was just before closing and I think the girl was nothappy about that, but she shouldn't have been so nasty. I'm still giving five stars because the food was always accurate, tasty,and hot???? Read more
The pizza was cold when we got it. The cheese was like it had been sitting out a while. We have been customers for a long time... but I believe the quality has been dropping. There is a couple other pizza places in our area. Time to give them a try. Read more
The Pizza Hut in Lowell Indiana was very clean. The employees were polite and attentive. We ordered food once that week. They... told us it would take an hour and a half it was at our house in 45 minutes. Later that week we went there to eat and like I saidit was very clean. Everybody had masks on and before Sodas got low they had a new one sitting at the table. I really don?t haveanything bad to say about it. Read more
We were traveling through and arrived at about 9:30 on Sunday evening and couldn't tell if the place was open or closed. Went... up to door and went in to a dark cold dining room. Granted it was late but the posted hours were to 11:00 PM. Staff sat us andtook our order. We got cheese sticks, boneless chicken, pepperoni pizza and drinks from the $5 Line Up menu. Probably the bestfood I've ever eaten a Pizza Hut! Crust was not too greasy, chicken was not too saucy and the service was top notch andfriendly! Can't figure out why no lights and meat locker cold? Order came to $91 and restaurant refused to take $100 bill. All I had were hundreds, a fifty, and two singles. Told me to go to... a gas station and come back. Very irritated, to say the least. Read more
