Why would subway not take their own coupons? Very disappointed with Lowell subway.
Does not accept coupons which is crazy. You can?t tell me that with the prices they can?t afford to accept coupons. The quality... of ingredients aren?t as good as they used to be either. I walked into buy two sandwiches...and walked right back out. Staff refused to accommodate my request to eliminate the ham and... add turkey. Told me that the samdwich had to be ordered as I saw on the menu. So I went down the street and ordered food fromanother restaurant. Read more

Pretty dissatisfied, I?ve always loved subway and been happy to support this location. However I went in excited to use a coupon... they refuse to except now and will continue to be this way for the foreseeable future.. So I left? Subway has always been themost expensive sub option in town and not being willing to take a coupon to save loyal customers a few bucks here and there is ashame.. We love subway but are so disappointed with the quality of service. We all know a steak and cheese sandwich is made hot, if... someone says don?t toast my bread the steak and cheese should always be heated. I am done wasting money here.
