Never go here if you want to be treated with respect. Who I suspect is the bar manager (if not then just a bartender) treated me... and my friends like the dirt under her sneakers. My friends and I (who are all 23+) ordered alcohol and the waitress took ourIDs to the bar which we didn?t question. Approximately 10 minutes later a lady returns and hands one ID back and immediately isspeaking to us aggressively and condescendingly. She states she will be giving one back but will be withholding two of our IDsbecause they don?t ?bend enough?. (The ID she returned was a MA ID and the other two were NH IDs) To quote her exact words shesaid ?just because they scan that doesn?t mean they?re real. They don?t bend enough?. She then proceeded to bend the MA ID sofar that it snapped out of her hand, flung it into the air, and hit me in the face. No apology for that. I told her those wereour real IDs and that she could not take them from us. She then slammed them onto the table and told us it had to be a MA ID orPassport and that it was a judgment call. After we got our IDs back she proceeded to yell at us to never bring them back here soI simply asked her if we were not allowed to come back because those were our real IDs. Before I could finish my sentence shecut me off and continued to yell and repeat herself that it was a judgment call. She then stormed away. My friends and I decidedright then and there that we no longer wanted to give this place our business after being treated like that and left. Iunderstand they have the right to refuse service and make a judgment call, however, the way I was spoken to was extremelyuncalled for. She approached with an attitude before even speaking to us and then proceeded to yell at us and cut us off anytimewe tried to ask a question. We did speak to a manager prior to leaving and she did apologize but stated there was nothing theycould do. This place is amazing! Mel, the GM has such a huge heart. I was talking to my friend about how I won a ball there when I was... younger but because I was in foster care, dcf said I couldn?t keep it. After some time, she came over to the lane that we werebowling in and told me my story touched her heart. Then she surprised me and told me she ordered me a ball! This means just somuch. Thank you!! I have been coming here for ages but more recently, pretty much all the time. Staff + management is wonderful. Place is... extremely well kept and welcoming. I 100% recommend going here. There?s deals almost every night for those looking foraffordable bowling or just simply something to do! Read more
I really enjoyed the updated venue. Nice fresh modern look. Feels more open now. The screens for scoring are even updated with... more modern graphics. No more MTV c1990 background graphics The bar service for bowling previously was a small hole in the wallnext to the main barroom which was not very inviting. It was the definition of dive bar. The new bar is a whole wall of seats infront of the bowling area. Overall we had a fantastic time hanging out and throwing balls. We had my son's birthday party here and it was awesome! Robert was great at following up ahead of time to get things confirmed... and Isabelle and Mel were so helpful and kind the day of the party. They helped us with every question we had and didn't actannoyed when they had to come reset the bumpers 3 times when the kids kept accidentally knocking them down. ???? 5 stars and then some! I planned a surprise celebration for my boyfriend's four years of sobriety at Bowlero in Lowell. It went... perfectly! Beatriz, the Event Sales Manager, was amazing. She provided me with the packages available and answered all myquestions. She was super responsive and made the process very easy. The price was unbeatable and payment method was convenient.When we arrived eveything was set up as planned and we had met Isabel who took care of the party. She was awesome and made sureeveryone had eveything they needed and even took some group photos for us. The food was presented nicely and kept stockedthroughout the event. We had requested pitchers of water for all lanes that were replenished continously like magic! I couldn'thave asked for a better outcome for a very special event. Thank you Bowlero!!! Read more

The family and I really like this place. They've re-done the whole entire building , definitely a go-to when ur in a... jam... I definitely would recommend getting there early Due to the high volume of people that go to bowl. With that being saidit's well worth the wait.???? Read more
