We are vegetarian. My wife had ordered vegetarian burger and I had ordered vegetarian fajitas. The server was extremely friendly... and polite. This individual with a disability was working hard to accommodate everyone. The French fries were soggy and appearedto be poor quality. I had requested jalapeños in the vegetarian fajitas, it came without! I asked the food server for ranchdressing. A half Oz container was charged $2.99. Went here with my boyfriend for dinner. I ordered the Mango Chili Chicken, he order the Just Bacon Burger as part of the 3 for... $10.99 deal. While the burger and fries were good, the burger was served before the drink and side which we ended up having toask multiple times for. To make matter worse, the broccoli with the Mango Chili Chicken was barely cooked. The server took thebroccoli back, only to bring it back 5 minutes later not cooked much more. The overall experience was bad and the combined waittime was unacceptable. The only reason I?m giving 2 stars (and not 1) is because the burger and margarita were pretty good IMO. Read more
Food 1 Star since we need to rate it Service was 4 because I understand staffing shortages. The menu was more flavorful, than... the food itself. The fried pickles are by far amazing. The portion size, was great. Perfect for two people, or a meal for oneperson. When it came to meal, they messed up what I ordered. So the loaded fries to my meal came out first. They were cold, andunderwhelming in flavor. It was like they microwaved the cheese, and the fries became soggy. The chicks I ordered... if Iwanted Chinese Chicken Fingers, I would have gone for Chinese food. Visually it's appealing. Parking: lots of parking available outside. Seating: Ample of seating capacity Service: the service was quite slow even though... there were handful of customers. 2 out of 5 star for service Food: we preferred cheddar bites, black bean burger and chickenenchiladas Complimentary salsa and chips- chips were salty. Salsa was watery. They can certainly learn from other Mexicanrestaurants out there. These two should never make to the customer table. Cheddar bites: Over fried. Burger kings Jalapeñobites are way better. Black bean burger: it was good. Chicken enchiladas: okayish. I?ve been always getting take out from this Chili?s. This past weekend, I ordered chicken fajita and the tortillas and the guac... were missing and the food was not delicious. I got so disappointed ???? Update, I had another order from this Chili?s and thequality was noticeably less than what I expected. Chili?s has been my go to place, I hope this location makes some changes withtheir food quality. Update, March 27th, 2021: Ordered again of chili?s, bacon burger and Texas cheese fries. Tonight, I went there with 1 adult and 3 children. Despite the fact that they were plainly understaffed (the new norm), Meagan... was an excellent waitress. We needed to return an item to the kitchen, and she continued to check on us. I suppose that qualitytrumps quantity in terms of significance. All-around valuable staff members. Read more
