DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. ordered my food and waited over an hour, call the store to find out that it ?had been delivered... half hour ago? food where?? in someone elses belly that did not pay for it. at least the store associate tried to fix the issueby sending me my order again, but ultimately i declined and asked for my money back. horrible experience, no one called orknocked on my door. what kind of delivery service is that?? waste of time. Had trouble with delivery before and decided to give it another chance and it did not go well again. Placed my order 6:38, it... took over 1 and a half hours to be delivered (and I live right up the street). It showed as delivered on the app but it was nothere, I even walked on my neighbors to see if it was delivered wrong. Called the store and the manager was useless, said he didnot have control over online orders (?) and was not helpful at all. Lesson learned, never asking for delivery again. Read more
Horrible experience. I know it?s Friday and all but this dominos took our order instantly. Sat in prep for about an hour and a... half before I drove over because oh maybe they don?t have a drivers nope they said they hadn?t gotten to it yet. Then continuedto sit in the parking lot for another hour and a half for our pizza which was then delivered to our house. Literally watchedthe deliver drivers leave. I was insulted by the delivery driver named MAZEN that works at this store. for not giving him a tip. It was money that my mom... had left for us to get something to eat and tho I explained to the driver that it wasn?t my money. He continued to talk over mesaying ?I use my own car and the least you guys can do is give a tip for gas? and I said ?I?m sorry I didn?t know that But thatit wasn?t my money? it caught me so off guard I never thought I would have to watch out for delivery drivers to scream at me ifI don?t have enough for a tip. So, I've had Domino's more times in my life than I can count... And that's not a complaint because I LOVE pizza. I could it... pizza everyday and be totally okay with it so of course as a pizza fan, I've had a few slices of Domino's over the years.Mostly, it's always a good experience (food wise, I mean). But, this time, I am sorry to report, it was less than satisfactory.My gf and I ordered one of those stuffed cheesy-bread things, which have always been great. However, THIS particularloaf.....something was.... Off. The outside was normal, however, the cheese inside wasn't melted thoroughly. It just made theentire thing.....just.....bad. Now, when I order out and the food is incorrect, as long as it's not too off, I just take it andeven this time, if it was just me I wouldn't have even given this a second thought, called it just some bad luck and moved on.But, I wasn't alone. My girlfriend was with me and this girl has a sensitive stomach. I believe because the bread wasn't cookedthoroughly it wreaked havoc on her insides. Within 15 minutes of eating that bread, she was on a toilet and very unhappy. Iasked her what else it COULD have been in which she replied, hastily, it ONLY could've been that bread. So, in closing, this iswhy they have received my rating and I do believe it is fair because the service from the employees wasn't bad but it wasn'tgreat. They could've been a little better.
