Of all the Dunkin in Boston, Woburn and Lowell I?ve been to, this one has the best service. Loved it.

Worst place I've ever been. The people are always getting your order wrong. I don't know what they have in there ears but the... cant hear or don't listen at all. I don't think they even train people because they just do what they want. Don't go here iwouldn't even really give them one star id give them negative negative 100. Read more

I paid $6.97 for a Large iced cappuccino with a shot of expression. I ordered from uber eats and this is what I got.
There's a woman there who decided not to make any of the food we ordered, claiming that all the machines were broken (a somewhat... large order), even though we ordered donuts and muffins as well. She messed up on 4 of the 6 drinks. I went back later and themachines were working perfectly fine. Read more
