Staff here are on a different dimension. Had to wait 10 minutes in line when the place was almost empty. . 20 minutes later they... tell me "we are waiting on the muffins to thaw out'!!! Can't just say we're out. It took me 25 minutes to get egg and cheese inan empty restaurant. Read more

very rude. I bought food here and ended up using the bathroom and got yelled at because they told me I didn't buy anything, when... I did. I don't approve of that when I am a paying customer and even left a tip for them as well. Read more

Every time I've tried to order regular glazed donuts, I've gotten jelly filled and powdered, and an assortment of types that no... one here eats. The first time I just ordered 6 and got a bunch of weird ones. The 2nd time I tried ordering only glazed, butthey did the same thing. Also the hot chocolate tasted really gross and watered down - I ordered 5 of them and only 1 actuallytasted good. One had chunks of chocolate that wouldn't dissolve, the other ones were so watered down they looked gray. The hotchocolate is usually great here btw, so I'm hoping it's just a fluke. The bacon was amazing, bagel bites too. The sausage waspretty good and nice size as well. Over all it turned out to be "meh" ??????? Read more

Absolutely awful customer service on the part of Melissa. Consistently receive the wrong items that I did not order. Open your... ears and learn customer service skills. It?s not hard to understand though, it is LowHell, given the high number of homelesspeople who congregate outside. Read more

The Management team are very tough with the addicts, alcoholics just sitting there causing trouble & taking up customers time &... asking for money. I'm very happy & safe there & we the people have respect for all types of patience & there's got to be a placefor them to spend their in a other location or locations out of town. Read more
