I order the same Chicken, Bacon Croissant & Hash Browns just about 3-4xs a week... 1/2 the time the croissants are either sold... out or the shipment is late (that is my only complaint)... But otherwise I love Dunks! Read more
Staff was great, but the people in line were freaking amazing.
Usual gas station location off a busy travelers highway. Needed coffee and grabbed a bag of Munchkins. Polite service, but got... the Dunkin Dark or Midnight (forgot the name) and it was pretty "thin" - tasted quite watery. Got a bag of 10 Munchkins and hadto throw the 4 powdered (almost half the bag) out... they were stale. So much that trying to wash it down with the coffeedidn't work. We're talking DAYS stale, and everyone that knows me knows I won't say no to a Munchkin. These left me no choice.???? Read more
I don't know what happened to this location. Years ago this location was great, they had a crew that cared. I recently visited... this location around 11:30am. I waited for about 15 minutes in the drive-thru (2 cars in front of me). Worst of all, my coffeewas WRONG! Nothing worse than waiting in a drive-thru for 15 minutes only to realize your coffee was not what you ordered. Verysad to see what happened to this location. Read more
It was such a great experience partially because the guy who waited on me noticed that my Donuts we're slightly stale so he said... would you like to replace them with another two Donuts. So I assumed he was going to throw the stale ones in the trash but heincluded them with my order so I said what the heck and I enjoyed all four of my Donuts.
