Frequently get orders incorrect. I've asked for decaf but gotten regular, or large and gotten a medium, or had a food item... missing altogether. Staff tend to be polite and relatively timely. Only the consistent inaccuracy is a gripe. Read more
Worst place ever there's blue hair in the food from an employee that does not wear a hair net while preparing food and the... manager does prep with her bare hands employees here serve coffee that's been sitting there all day there's alot more grossthings here but I be here all day also the bathroom do work it's just the manager doesn't want anyone in there Read more

I waited 20 min in line to just wait another 10 for my coffee and it was made wrong. There is only 2 young kids working with no... supervisor on duty cause she's on vacation. Couldn't get a large ice coffee because they have no more large cups. I go to thislocation because of convenience. I will no longer come to this location. Very disappointing. Step it up Read more

My son is very picky and when they made his food wrong after specifically asking for it the way he likes and after tipping... because I always do no matter where I go unless they can't accept tips, I went back in and showed her and she remade themperfectly!! And without an attitude. Also it's funny how I go in and apologize for my son being picky because they didn't makeit the way I asked...I guess that's just who I am lol!! Read more
I love this place . They get my order right everytime and the workers are very clean and friendly. Only coffee shop for me
