2nd chance. The first time they double billed me and had to go through my bank to get it fixed. The second time, I placed an... order for four people. The subs had hardly any filling in them. It was all roll. I ended up giving my sub to my son to fill himup. There was hardly any steak and cheese in his sub roll. My nephew didn't get any sauces sent with his chicken finger sub. Hehad to eat the sub dry. They refused to bring to me the sauces that I requested. Absolutely horrible. I gave them ampleopportunities to step up and they are just getting worse. No more chances. They have just lost a long time customer 10/15/2022. Called in a lg pepperoni pizza and a lg pepper steak sub to pick up. They... charged me $27.50. That sounded a little too high to me, so I looked at the huge menu board and could not find the pizza prices,the girl told me they don't post them anymore, so I then asked for a takeout menu and she said we don't put them out anymore? Sowhen I told the girl the online menu quoted $12.75 for the pizza and 9.25 for the sub she became annoyed and 'with an I couldcare less attitude' showed me the receipt $16.45 for the pizza and no where there to check? Walked in for the first time and the place was clean the girl at the front desk was great. We ordered A large Pep, Seasoned... Fries, and a chicken parm sub. Everything tasted great and I will be coming back! Read more

The food here is always great. For such a busy place, I have ALWAYS been treated like I am the only one there. I actually called... to speak to a manager, just to convey the sentiment to them I can be a "creator of habit" Greek salad with grilled chicken is myfavorite. My mom passed away in early May. She loved the food right up to the very end. Pizza, salads, subs etc.. I am aprofessional Chef, 1/2 Armenian, and my dad owned a restaurant (right where what is now a barber shop just up the street, 665Chelmsford St).I Had Chicken kebobs and Rice Pilaf on Monday pm.
