Was hanging around downtown super late during the festival, looking for any place that was still serving drinks...stumbled into... this incredibly dope spot, despite it being so late, my rowdy friends and I each got a drink. Terrible customer service and the owner is extremely unprofessional and rude, definitely racially profiled me. I ordered sweet &... sour chicken with boneless spare ribs and low mein (assumed it came with rice like the menu combo stated), but when I receivedmy food it came with half low mein that didn't even fill the bottom of the container, chicken fingers, 4 pieces of bonelessspare ribs, and sweet & sour sauce on the side.. when I went in to address my issue with my sweet & sour chicken and my missingrice, I asked if i could get any other chicken that actually came with sauce ON it and the manager raised her voice at me andsaid " if you don't like how we make our sweet and sour chicken you can get a refund and eat somewhere else ! " I told her thather disrespectful tone and attitude was unnecessary and I just wanted something similar to what sweet & sour chicken SHOULD looklike if you were to see it online or in any other restaurant. The manager then stupidly decided to grab my food from mypossession and throw my ALREADY PAID FOR order in the trash and told me " get a refund" as if i said i didn't want my food. As iwaited for authorities to arrive the manager went to the back and came directly towards me with a pitcher of water and told meto get out & i wasn't welcome there, continuing to step towards me with the filled pitcher of water w/ intentions to spill it onme but the police had arrived to the restaurant. The fact that everyone in the restaurant was white including the guitar player,I feel as though i was treated this way because of my race and the manager wouldn't have treated any of those customers thatway. This restaurant showed my love and coworker great service! Our waiter memorized our order perfectly and served our drinks in a... timely manner. The sushi was delicious as was the main course. I ordered the rainbow drink and it?s a creeper! Made all the foodtaste even better. I ordered the Pink Maki, Pork Fried Rice with Lobster Sauce, and Spicy Maki Combo. Boyfriend ordered theOrange Chicken with Pork Fried Rice and it?s better than mall food and most Chinese restaurants. The atmosphere is a place whereI would go on a date, casual eating, or alone. My order was almost for $70 through Grubhub. The order came and it was missing an item. I called the restaurant and the woman... who answered was very rude. She said, " get a refund from Grubhub." it was not a pleasant experience, It had nothing to do withthe food; it was really good but customer service is as important as the food itself.. I paid a lot for this food and expected acomplete order... especially given how expensive it is... They lost a client due to poor customer service.. Read more
